“My wife and I entered the North Babylon, NY location on Bayshore Road and needed to rent a storage unit. Upon entry an associate by the name of Jeff immediately welcomed us warmly and proceeded to professionally assist us through the process of renting a space. He walked us through the process and gladly showed us the unit and answered every question we had.
Jeff simplified the whole experience and made us feel confident that we chose the correct company for our storage needs. After we finished up and shook hands, my wife and I left the front office thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. My wife is a customer service/ assistant store manager in a retail business with over 100 employees under her. She is professionally trained to know when good customer service is given and she was impressed with Jeff. A+ rating on the first day, and we look forward to utilizing our very clean storage space.

“I have been so extremely impressed with CubeSmart. I feel that I get a lot of value for my money. I had a ton of other storage companies before I settled on CubeSmart, and I’m SO glad I did! It is SO clean, so organized and that makes me feel like they value and respect my things too. As wonderful as the facility is, the STAFF is what has made my experience most positive. Thank God I’m no longer in the middle of a move, but while I was going through that very stressful event, the CUBESMART staff actually showed genuine concern and compassion. I didn’t expect to have a storage facility be a source of comfort during tough times, but they actually did. I’m not a number there. I’m a real person to them. “I arrived feeling down & hopeless, Brenna and Laqueta were amazingly pleasant, helpful and professional. Gosh! I had a lot of questions. The process was quick, the price was the lowest for the size I wanted. Brenna was nice and up beat as she took me to the space they assigned me. This was very important to me as I was trying to avoid horrible domestic abuse. They really cared and treated me like I was their only customer, I left happy and assured. “The manager, Mr. Decourcey went above and beyond the level of customer service I would have hoped for (and working in the service industry, I know how much energy that takes!)- He worked with me in a very tight timeframe to get me moved in, staying late to let me get all the paperwork done and troubleshooting continuously with the moving company for me over the weekend before move-in day. The move-in process was otherwise quite smooth as a result. My storage unit is well-priced, spacious, convenient, and feels quite secure, and the rest of the staff have been great whenever I’ve gone in.Thanks!”

The Store Manager is the face of CubeSmart to our customers. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the storage facility and providing legendary customer service in person and over the phone. Recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on individual customers’ needs. Understand and explain the leasing process to customers. Sell merchandise including packing/moving supplies and insurance to protect our customers’ goods. Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and take payments. Conduct daily visual and space audits of entire facility as well as perform lock checks. Prepare and make daily bank deposits. Submit all property invoices for payment.

The District Manager is responsible and accountable for the business activity, strategic direction, and profitability of CubeSmart stores within a designated district.
