This is an amazing location as the customer service is beyond 5 star. I initially only thought I would need the storage unit for less than a year then it ended up being over 2 years. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. Fun to chat with and made the process quick and easy. Storage unit was clean and accessible. I even played my music loudly through my truck the whole loading/unloading process. (Sorry to any tenants that I P.O.'ed...) I was unaware that I needed more storage space and was advised to move a size up. Being new to the area and also familiar with storage units I was skeptical at first, thinking that they just wanted me to pay more for a bigger unit. Turns out they knew what they were talking about, almost like they do this for a living! I forget names but I was helped by a gentleman and a lady, who were both great, especially the lady!

After my divorce with my wife I was looking to downsize from my house to an apartment. While moving i found that I had actually gotten away with a lot more items than expected, honestly can't believe she didn't take everything. Anyways I'm getting of topic. I was looking for a storage facility that could help me, I first went to advantage storage, but found myself leaving rather quickly when the employee I was greeted with seemed rather annoyed that I had even come in. So I came to cubesmart, it was actually right next to where I had decided to move, I didn't think much of it at first, but then again you should never judge a book by its cover. I unfortunately learned that the hard way with my ex... anyways, I went into the office feeling rather tired of all the bs when I met the manager Matthew. The office had a warm sense to it and he made me feel welcome. He helped me through the process of getting a storage unit as well as happily answered any questions that I could throw at him, we joked and laughed and honestly by the end of my time being there I finally felt a sense of comfort that I hadn't felt in a while. If you're looking for a place that you can feel like a part of the family I would recommend this CubeSmart location. I've never had a bad experience there and am very proud to be a customer.

The amount of times in my life that I have found myself locked in a storage facility waiting, for someone to come by and help me get out is ridiculous. I will say however that at this CubeSmart location the man behind the counter (Mr. Fellman) has come to my aid pretty much on a monthly basis. He always seems to find me sitting there in my car tired over the fact that I somehow always forget my code. Like a superman in red he rushes to my aid and saves me each time. I know that if there was ever a place to get locked in at, that it would be this CubeSmart, because no matter the time, if im stuck, I know he will come to my aid. Thank you CubeSmart for restoring my faith in humanity with this employee.

My husband and I were downsizing our home and were looking at different storage facilities but most of the storage places in the area made it difficult to even get the process started and took too long to make the space available. I recently signed up for a storage unit here for our nonprofit and I had the best experience! Starting from when I reserved a spot online, the manager Matthew called me the next day to set up a time that I could come in. Setting up everything was super fast and easy as well. I mentioned that the storage unit was for our nonprofit and Matthew ended up upgrading us to the biggest 5X10 unit they had available because he said Cubesmart supported our cause. All the employees here need a raise! Great people and great customer service!

Changed my rate without notice. No customer service. Have had 3 "general managers" in 6 months, none understand the term customer service. Can't access the gate because It's blocked from trucks and employee vehicles. My lease has a discount on it, no time limit specified. They have decided the good tenant who pays early, doesn't complain about the trash or no access and doesn't cause any issue is worth kicking out. That's cool. I can take my business elsewhere and leave you with an empty cube. I wouldn't waste my time with this dishonest site. The lovely folks down the street at Uhaul don't jack up your rates for no reason and their site is much easier to access. *You know you do something wrong when you call the customer not 5 minutes after leaving your store. Poor, poor, poor customer service Matthew.

I have used storage facilities in the past. This place is by far the best. Convenient location and the property is very well maintained. Application process was easy. The manager, David, was so friendly and helpful. He went over all the information - clear and concise, answering all my questions completely. He gives a tour of the property and your unit, going over all safety and security protocols. He also lets you know he is available for problems or questions personally. If I was single, David would be the guy for me......no, seriously - CubeSmart Storage is the way to go - and if you are looking in Collin County, Texas -make sure you see David!!

I had a fantastic experience at CubeSmart on Westridge. The local manager, David, consistently went above and beyond to make the move in and move out of my storage unit easy. The district manager, Richard and David even put me in touch with a local mover (Anything Goes Moving) who took excellent care of us. The storage units are brand new and climate controlled. The facilities are immaculate and I always felt very safe there, even when moving things by myself at night. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone considering self-storage.

David was a consummate professional and so friendly! He was thorough and courteous and made the process a very positive experience. The cube was clean and ready for me when I arrived and I was thrilled with how safe and secure the facility is. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone for their storage needs!

This facility is top notch and their General Manager, David Gorena, lead with excellence!! He and his colleague always met me at the door and with a smile! Their service was nothing short of superior and I will be a Cubesmart customer for life now because of them!
