I would not recommend this facility. The price was raised during the 6-7 months we used them for storage. It is not a clean or well-kept facility. There were insects and dead rodents in our unit at the time of leaving and we meticulously packed our belongings to avoid damage and infestations. There was damage with water and mud on the front third of the unit, but that being said there was a major storm that could be blamed for that. The price doesn't match the decrepit state of the area the facility is in or the units themselves.

So far, so good. One month free (although with all the startup fees it was $61; bring the declarations page of your renter’s policy to save $12) and 40% off after that. The rental was handled promptly and politely. Call ahead, though; the agent warned me he had to leave at 2:00 to go to another location. Gate access went without a hitch.

I've been storing at location on Tower Oaks for 3 years when it was Scotty's Self storage.Never had any issues, management was great and storage pricing was fair.Cubesmart bought out Scotty's in February this year,thats when problems began.They raised prices of storage significantly and payments are done only through the automated system now. If payment doesn't go through they will clock on fees.Will be finding somewhere else to store my belongings.If you need storage ,I advise looking somewhere else.

I know that I couldn't have a better property manager. Kathy is amazing. She stays on top of it all and I know my stuff is always safe. Scotty's should give that woman a promotion. Her professional attitude with a side of sass is exactly what that place needs. If she ever goes so will I. She is the reason I stay renting several units from the company.
