Whoever trust this Company With their belongings is crazy...Soon as I walked in the door I immediately encountered a foul odor that smelled like mildew. This location used to be better, before cube smart bought out storage west. I moved my belongings out after the doors were always being left open and having rat droppings all over inside my unit. It was a shame, I had just got a notice for a rent increase for the 2nd time since I had a unit there (got a unit in 2020) You can not increase the rent, but slack on the basics that we're paying for.

The unit that was issued to me (1150) has a huge oil stain. Autumn said there were no more 10by10by8. It was dirty. She failed to send my receipt via email. I really think I should be compensated for the condition of the storage unit. That’s the reason(s) for the 3 stars.

The entry to the unit was easily accessed. All info was emailed prior to arrival which made way for an easy transition. The reason for the 4 star is that when I went to pay for my unit I was charged much more than I was quoted. I’ll call to find out why. It was a Sunday so felt that I had no other recourse but to pay that amount and hopefully resolve issue later.

Ever since CubeSmart took over storage west it has been nothing but hell with this company. They don’t keep the facility clean every time I go over to check on my unit the doors are not working (they don’t close) they went up on the price for no reason besides they could and I’m in the process of moving out of my unit but I couldn’t do that today because the second floor ac unit is not working and I was informed that it will not be fixed until next week!!!! DAfUk!!!!!!???? I don’t recommend and will never recommend this company to anyone! When it was storage west I didn’t have one problem. I had this storage unit for 6 years but ever since the change it’s been problem after problem.

I am amazed at how great these two girls run this facility and their customer service is flawless. I worked as an investigator with the Texas Employment Services and employee conduct was what I had to investigate in determining payable claims....
