Everyone else have positive reviews I did too at one point till I seen rat droppings in my storage unit an nearly almost died when two big rats came running out of my storage unit when I open the door I’m not a dirty person nor do I have food in my unit this facility is a joke it isn’t climate controlled or well lit lighting inside the unit like they claim to have online I stressed this to management but nothing has been done about the situation & if u think I’m lying I have pictures for proof I have never had to deal with something of such.

Let me start off by saying I am truly bless for finding this storage (cube smart). I met Ryan over 2 years and met Jocelyn 3 weeks ago. Both individuals are amazing they treated me with the utmost respect, and everything was and still is spot on. From the customer service, clean units and etc. If there were more stars ?? to give, I would give them. Thank you both for all that you do and are still doing. Please keep up with the great work.

Before we visited the location my wife was unsure if she wanted to rent there. After actually going into the store and looking at a few units the young lady Jocelyn she truly made a difference in our decision and we want to thank her. I liked the place because it was close to my apartment. It was really true to size 10' x 5' a couple of inches less. I say this because other places a 10 x 5 is really almost a 9x4 in reality. It does get hot but only on the worst summer days. It is well priced but most important their increases are very fair compared to other places. Customer service on my last day was a very nice young man! My previous experience with customer service was not nice. Why did I give them a 10 for likely to recommend? Because in the end, it is about money and true size for me. It is a smart choice. If I come back to the area I will be back.

Most horrible storage location I've ever experienced. My unit was robbed I believe it was an in house job the crow bar and broken locks were left in my unit. I was notified two days later management left my unit unsecured after the break in. 8 units were broken into. No camera's on the interior no proper lighting. There's trash everywhere cobwebs, bees. Management is non existing. You get locked inside the property after 10:00 p.m. The access codes do not work you have to call the 800 number and hold for 20-30 minutes why they verify your information. They will give you a temporary code to get out. I would give a negative 10 stars if it was an option.

I really don't know about all cube smart storages around the country, but the one I rented got rubbed. I lost all my stuff especially laptops and external hards that kept all my priceless memories such as photos and videos from my childhood till now. That was extremely painful for me to loose them. The only response from cube smart was «we are sorry about that ». Also it took 2 months to send me some money from insurance company after incredible effort to submit the claim. So I never ever recommend this company to put your valuable stuff like electronics and jewelry and etc. I forgot to mention that the thief took his time to check all of my stuff one by one and I don't know how attendant didn't recognize the thief.

My unit was broken into a few months ago. The manager called me on a Friday, I called back twice, to no answer. Thinking it was a mistake I let it go, she called again 5 days later to tell me the unit was broken into. She said the only reason the inside units weren't broken in was because they had recently changed the code. So definitely a customer or an employee, we would know if the cameras were working. This sounds like an issue with the owner of the property, although management should have been more communicative.

I rented a unit for approximately 3 weeks and during that time my unit was broken into. They stole electronics and money I had in a 5 gallon water jug. They need better camera and lighting. Staff there was not helpful at all. I will never rent from this place again nor another Cube Smart facility.

BEWARE!!! If you’re thinking of storing your stuff at this storage facility please do not! Our unit was broken into a few days ago and several of our valuable items were stolen. We were never notified by this facility or management and had to find this out on our own when my husband went to our storage unit on Monday, 8/2/21 to pick up some items and found out that two of our locks were not on our unit but another lock was placed there from someone at the office. The employee (Sheldon) working at the office at the time said he knew nothing about this because he was on vacation when this happened. He wouldn’t even tell us who his manager is or who was the person that placed the new lock on our unit when we requested this information because he said he is not allowed to give us this information which is absurd. All he said was “Here is the number to insurance company to report your loss”. This property has no security, not enough lighting, always too dark at night and no working cameras in the back of the facility except for the one by front office when entering the gate. At this point we still have not been contacted by management or anyone in charge at this facility. We have reported our burglary case with HPD and insurance company and will be taking our stuff elsewhere immediately.

I rented from this location for approximately 14 days before all of my items were stolen out of my unit. Upon finding out my items were stolen I also found out that only 1 of the 14 cameras on the property work. The thieves didn’t even come through the gate with my items so it’s apparent that someone who is working there is either unlocking the back gate for them or assisting them with storing in another unit temporarily. If you care about your items please do not store them here.

DO NOT STORE HERE!! Literally go anywhere else. Ladies at front desk are nice but are unable to change the problems management is too lazy to fix. My unit is an interior space and the lights in my unit have been broken for a MONTH. There are no lights inside the units, just in hallways. The hallway lights have been broken for a month making it impossible to see inside your unit. I have complained to management, to cubesmarts customer service and no one has had the decency to call me back. I will NEVER store at a cubesmart again. This is a safety issue. I have heavy furniture and am unable to move anything out since I can’t see. The front office workers are unable to do anything. I keep getting “I’ll send a note to my manager/ owner”. If I could give negative stars I would.

Management did contact me to discuss problems with this facility. They have described improvements they intend to make. I'm happy to update my review when we see action on their promises. Disappointed with customer service, security, and pricing. They have not returned phone calls, they increased my rates 27% in 9 months, and I recently had a break in to one of my units. No camera coverage of my area. Locked door to my end of the row does not stay locked, the door return has been broken for months and there seems to be very little regard for anything other than raising rates. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!. I've been here for almost 10 years and seen about three companies come and go at this location. They are the worst :(

Worst service ever, we had our item’s stored for no more then 1 month 3 weeks . We were suggested to get a non climate control unit since we wouldn’t have the storage for more then 2 month’s. When we go get out stuff out our movers called us because our furniture was all filled with MOLD. We go out and see and one of the girls told us that she would file the claim, and they would call us for anything. Long story short I had to replace ALL of our furniture! 3 months down the road we hadn’t heard anything from Cube Smart, we call the claim office nothing was ever filed. I called the location on Sabo the girl no longer is there but said she filed the report but nothing was in the system. Spoke to Robert and said his boss Mike couldn’t do anything about it that they were not responsible after we payed and had insurance for our furniture. Basically we are down the drains with roughly $16000 down the drain with our furniture. Don’t go to there location not worth you loosing your hard earned things!!! Worst service ever!!!!!

As Of Oct 2018 Very Disappointed with New Owners. I wish I could give zero stars. Before it was CubeSmart, it was AAA Storage. I really loved AAA Storage but when it was sold; CubeSmart didnt Honor what AAA Storage offered me. I previously told AAA Storage that I would be able to pay the 2 Months that were due and they said they would not charge me late fees because they understood that my work hours were cut. I call to make the payment of 2 months and it was no longer AAA Storage, it was CubeSmart. So CubeSmart didnt honor the agreement and I was forced to pay over $120 in late fees. Also, we were able to use the big dumpster with AAA Storage. When CubeSmart took over, they never told us that we were allowed to use the dumpster, so I was charged a fee for using their dumpster; that was once for tenants use. I called because I needed to make a payment and the operator said she would help me out. I thought I was in autopay, but I guess I wasn't. So she put me on hold as she looked for my account. All of a sudden, the phone had a ringing sound and turns out that she transferred me to a voicemail and because it was almost end of business day; no one answered. I was with AAA Storage for over 2 years and these past 3 months have been very crappy. 2 years ago, I was looking for a storage unit and I remember why I didnt want CubeSmart and now that they bought AAA Storage, I ended up with the company that I did not want. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you can, look elsewhere but here. You will be very happy that you took my advice. Feb 2018 (Keep in mind, new management has come aboard since I first began renting a storage unit so many positive things have occurred since then; enjoy ) I was about to move out of AAA Storage because I needed a larger unit. Mind you, I had not been in the office for a while, so I went inside to speak to management. They spoke with me and we discussed why I wanted to move and instead of moving; they took the time to hear my situation and worked around my needs. A unit wasn't ready for the time that I needed my unit and they made one available for me. So now, I have a larger unit, I'm saving more money, and I am sincerely happy with the current unit that I have. They treated me like a person; a friend and not like another account. I recommend this place for your storage needs. Also, during the most recent hurricane, the units were not affected by the storm either. I am very happy that I decided to stay and extend my time with AAA Storage and if you decide to come aboard, you'll be very happy. Sincerely, Joel
