The facility was secure and staff was always helpful whenever we needed something (i.e. change the light bulb in the unit, etc.). They also seem to be a bit less expensive than comparable storage facilities in the area.

The place is a no frills storage that will meet all your needs and quite possibly even exceed your expectations for a price that beats the competition in the area. The staff is always friendly, the office and gate hours are convenient, and the location couldn't be better. This is my second time renting a unit from this place, and I've had a fantastic experience both times, so I plan on coming back in the future. I want to especially recognize Alexa for going above and beyond when I showed up to rent a unit 10 mins before her day was over and she stayed for almost a full extra hour just to show me around and get me registered without ever making me feel rushed or showing any signs of annoyance. Alexa was a pleasure to work with and I definitely think she should get a pay raise just for the excellent customer service she is able to provide. Bottom line is if you are looking for a good value and top-notch customer service this is your place to rent a storage unit.

Eric was very courteous and nice, he showed me the unit before finalizing anything to make sure it was going to be the best fit for me. I've been storing here for years since before CubeSmart took over the older business. This week my storage unit was broken into. Both locks on the door were completely broken off with the attachments with what I was told was a hammer. I wasn't the only one. Four other units were broken into with traces of attempts on other doors. Thanks to the employees who fixed my door so I can lock it for the time being. Some of my things are gone and they left my unit completely ransacked. Going to try and find another place to store my things but until then I don't know how to feel about this whole situation. Fortunately, my incoming and outgoing calls (each and every one) are logged into my Google calendar. There was no call. The dickishness over the late fees was bad enough, then there had to be lies to compound it.

A LOT OF BREAK IN`S AT THIS LOCATION. VERY POOR CAMERA SYSTEM HERE. VERY DARK AREA`S THROUGHOUT PROPERTY. ALL LOW INCOME GETTO APARTMENT SURROUNDING. NOT A SAFE AREA AFTER DARK. GOOD LUCK!!

These peeps are still trying to rip me off on storage fees Tried to check out of my space and could never get in touch with the management ever. Now they charged me 2 extra months while i'm not there They are just a bunch of money hungry common thieves!
