The staff is super nice I just think stricter rules about the rental truck need to be in place. We had a scheduled rental truck for 1pm and is 1:55 and the previous renters have not returned it . Is upsetting because people plan around the scheduling. As well the staff could not stay longer past 4 to accommodate us ? I was really in love with cube smart the process and the rental was a sold ! Now is upsetting I have to find another way to move my stuff. I really wish the previous renters would of been respectful of the timeline and the staff should of been stricter

Really no stars ! Cube smart is trash do not rent here, they broke in my unit… location on 288 / almeda . Do not rent here! When I told them about it they act like they didn’t even care. I put my things in here thinking it’s a safe place for my belongings and they get stolen. A lady told me that hers got broken into 3 weeks prior do you think they called me? No! And her unit is next to mines. Manager said over 10 units got broken into… said they do it on sundays, like how have y’all not did anything to prevent this from happening,like have a security on duty

ALEXANDRIA & NACY are horrible managers at cubesmart, I stored my belongings there for 1 month and my storage unit was broken into and they had no answers for me when NACY assured me the location was highly secure and they monitored the site effectively. Which was a lie, come to find out from other customers that the storage facility is broken into often in the first month and within the last 6 years. I believe they are in on it!! DONT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION OR HELL ANY CUBESMART!

I had made a Reservation online but was able to move in before that date. I choose to do the Online lease signing. However, I was going to be charged for a lock, but I already had my lock from a previous CubeSmart rental. I visited the office and was able to get the lock refunded and it was posted back to my account the same day. Staff was friendly. Over the next few days I moved in to my unit. Staff was visible on the premises which makes me feel comfortable about having a secure storage. My move in was pretty smooth. Thanks...

Places is unorganized. Theft of my property and lost $250 dollar because they don't pro rate. I had to get a car towed because the manager and worker can't keep up with the facility. I do not recommended. I moved 6 days after i paid for the month and apparently i am out of all that money. If i am paying 250 for no security or management then why is it not free. NANCY the Manager doesn't have any experience dealing with problems and is unprofessional. WARNO: All veterans and military members this location is the worse. A Walmart parking was more secured.

I needed additional storage and thought a 5 x 7 would do it. Turns out that unit I booked online would not accommodate my belongings by a long shot. I needed to upgrade... twice. In working with the manager Sherrell, for my final choice, she walked over to take a look at what I had on the truck and compared it to a 10x10 she felt would ensure that this final choice (the third time) was the charm. She was not only willing, able, knowledgeable and very understanding of what I needed. She was right. That unit was perfect! To help expedite my move she was able to provide a flatbed dolly which helped me redeem some of the time I lost. THANKSSSSS FOR EVERYTHING CUBESMART!!

Being close to house and having a unit available at last minute was the only reason doing business with them. The General manager was unprofessional, neither greeted nor offer to sit down while condescending you looking at screen or facebooking the whole time. Driveway to 2nd facility behind is awkward to get to through 3 gates. Driveway and lot had trenches and puddles of water all over. Unit was basic with no running lights and only come with 1 remote, even though 2 were offered initially. She says it'll be extra just like anything and everything else was extra. All the extra information was a joke as if applying for a home loan. And she makes you sign twice for same charge. She calls it for her own bookeeping. I hope my identity doesn't get stolen as she might be selling that information out along with signature. Don't think I'll be moving rest of my belonging here and find another appropriate business.

The General Manager, Sherrell, worked with me so well that there was a few things that I didn't realize that I needed and that was very proactive. Moving has always been frustrating, but this time the price is great the space is huge the campus is very clean and well keep, and if all businesses are ran like this we customer would be so happy. This store in my experience with other storages should be rated # 1. Thanks

I do business with Cubesmart facilities all over the city, and this is the first time I have felt the need to leave a bad review. Most of my transactions with CubeSmart are professional, smooth, and generally without difficulties. This facility was prompt and attentive and made check in and storage of my item very easy. I moved in in the 1st of July and back out on the 1st of August, exactly one month later, as I had no further use of the storage unit. The manager on duty insisted on charging me a pro-rated storage fee of $7.22 for the one day in August even though I moved out on that day. An insignificant amount to be sure, but a very poor example of customer service towards a long term customer that spends thousands of dollars a year renting from this company. I would not recommend this facility to my associates or friends due to the nickel and dime attitude being displayed by it's managers. I hope the $7.22 in extra income was worth the bad review.

John the manager is great! Very friendly, helpful and always there when I'm there. Rob was awesome and brought out cold water for us. Updated drainage kept our stuff dry during all the flooding. The prices are a little high but overall this is a great place!
