I haven't exactly put my stuff into the storage yet as I just rented the unit like 4 days ago, however the lady that was working went above and beyond making sure my needs were met and that all my questions were answered. She is very sweet and nice. I wish I could remember her name but I do know she did just have a baby recently. Just by the way she attended to me and what I was looking for makes me feel I did good by choosing to store my stuff with them

Good customer service. My location off S freeway Fort Worth is a little farther than I expected but worth it so far. The Manager is friendly and she works hard keep the grounds clean and running the office at the same time. The units have lights inside and inside the hallway and dollies are available. I hope they keep up the good work and the affordability.

This place is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They bought the facility where I store my stuff and it was a nightmare from the previous owners. The new owners(StoreQuest) have done an incredible job of fixing the place and cleaning up all the problems. Jordan is the manager at my facility and he helps everyone

No ac, no elevator, hot as hell, no breeze to speak of upstairs, but you can't beat the price, and the staff is friendly and very helpful, not to mention skilled with an angle grinder. Don't let the location, the paint job, or the creepy hotel next door deter you, I would totally rent from them again, but I'd insist on the bottom floor this time. <3

I have dealt with this storage unit for, over five and a half months the managers have been Pleasant -Jordan is a wonderful manager he's been so helpful and helping me check into my storage/ with items and telling me information about the area he is just fantastic as a manager they are so open. This place has a great representatives to assist in leasing units but the prices are very overrated for the location and age of facility. The sizes of units are not true to sizes....not sure how they measure but the units are small compared to many I have used and seen in the past. The fence surrounding the place is old and delapidated in many places and causes concern that thieves will have an easy time trying to get into units. This is even more concerning because this location is so near the highway for an easy get away.

The place is run down....there was only one unit available in the size i requested and there was still things in it as soon as i backed up to it and opened the door some black crackheaded lady came and said it the people before us said she could have it....yeah right...before i could call up to the office to stop my uncle from finishing the lease it was too late to go somewhere else... I will not be storing here for long..i like the things i posess and wish to keep those posessions

This facility is right off the freeway, easy to access, employees are very helpful and give outstanding customer service. I had a problem with the door to my unit and they came immediately to help to secure my items until maintenance could repair it. And it was repaired very fast. They make my experience a great one.

The lack of security in this establishment is horrid. I had my stuff in a unit for less than 3 months and was broken into. Everything taken. I was not reimbursed for rent or even got a sorry. I was told by management that their cameras either were broken or just didn't work so we couldn't even find out how our unit was broken into or who the scumbags were. I will not recommend this facility to anyone. We even had our friends who also had a unit here move their stuff out as well. Pay the extra money and go to a better facility.

The staff was friendly. I took my boxes and furniture out their storage and my boxes had roach eggs in them. We had roaches in some of our boxes. There was a dead rat in our storage unit upon opening our garage door. I can say one thing it doesn't seem as if they have pest control come out and spray regularly.
