I did not like that everything in my unit ended up getting so dusty and dirty. Also on the inside walls there was screws that ended up taring up my mattress because I did not see them right away but they are all over the walls on the inside pointing inwards. Other than that everything was fine

The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. All I needed was pricing on storage units and she just randomly transferred me to customer service which I already talked to the night before and they gave me the number to the storage unit to call to find out the pricing and she was not listening to anything. She was rude and unprofessional and just transferred me over to customer service which I already talked to the night before without even talking to me and I don't appreciate that. I'm a very busy person. I don't have time to waste but I don't appreciate when people are rude and disrespectful. You ask what the customer wants and what the customer needs not transfer them without asking questions first. Are they interested in storage? That's your job. If you can't do your job then find another job. And this happened around 10:24 this morning. It is Wednesday, September 27th, 2023.

The staff was professional and courteous given the unfortunate circumstances. The staff also took great care to protect its customer (the fraudulent movers) and adhere to company policies. The gate on my storage doesn't have a good seal. It gets filled with dust and dirt. I sometimes worry that if I need to open it at a very late hour that I won't be able to open it. But overall it hasn't been a total bad experience, their staff is very professional.
