My dad had gotten the storage with this company, and they forced him to get the insurance for the storage, which made the total 160. After just 3 months, they raised the rent to 200 with no reason. I suggest you find a storage lot that has fixed pricing.

The process during Covid-19 crisis was also very secure and customers and staff were very safe. Really rude front desk clerk. I was not advised about some of the charges on the phone when I reserved a unit. And when I asked about the extra charges employee said rudely that she had told me about them, and I reminded her what she told me on the phone, and she still argued with me back and forth about these charges. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and got the unit, but when I left to go buy a lock I came back to find a lock on my unit and asked about it. Same lady said “all units must have a lock” I told her I went to go buy one, she said “next time I’ll put my lock on it, don’t let it happen again”. I had got a unit before at a different location and it was not anything like this time.

I was not impressed at all by the level of service or professionalism. I reserved a unit over the phone and got a confirmation number for my reservation. After loading a 26' truck and driving from Colorado Springs to their El Paso location, I was told by the rep. that they had my reservation printed out on a piece of paper but the unit that I had reserved had been given to someone else. This was 4:30 pm. Now I had to drive to another location and figure out how to pack my household goods into a much smaller unit; which took me until 2am. I called customer service about the situation and was told that the site manager would get contact me soon. That was over a week ago and no one has called me since. I will be moving my things out as soon as possible and I will not be using or recommending Cube Smart to anyone. What this tells me is that Cube Smart means - Reservation and confirmation number is of no value, when they say "we will contact you" it means - don't expect a call and asking for what you want as a customer means nothing, it's more along the lines of take what you get. No thanks guys I'll take my business elsewhere and I will be letting other service members know about your operation.

CubeSmart is the best storage company that our company has worked with! We were locked out and it was after hours, Jaime was contacted by customer service and he went out of his way (already being off duty) to help us. We really needed to access our belongings and he did not hesitate to save us. Really! We were a few days past due, we went online to pay but were locked out. Since it was the weekend, we were worried that we were not going to be able to access our stuff until Monday but we really needed to get into the storage. He contacted us right after CubeSmart's customer service left him a message and he didn't hesitate to make sure and confirm with us that our code was going to work. Man was he a life saver. This is why we continue to do business with CubeSmart, GREAT CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND! (EVEN OFF DUTY)

Very good place to store your items. I thought with the down pour El Paso recieved that there would be issues but no water got in. They even have power and lights for you to use inside which is a plus for them late night item sorting. Staff is very helpful and actually goes out of their way to help.

CubeSmart has any size storage unit you may need. We moved from Dallas and needed two large units to hold our things while we sell our home in Dallas and buy one here in El Paso. The guys in the office at CubeSmart showed me the available units at their location. Selecting the proper storage units and filling out the paperwork took less than 30 mins. They also gave us a discount on the first month's rent on both units, which really helped. We definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to alleviate a storage need.

Recently rented a unit at this facility and was very impressed with the outstanding service that was provided by there on site manager. Mario was extremely helpful in providing storage needs for myself and my soldiers who were deploying overseas on short notice. I have rented many storage units and the security at this unit is far superior to any I have encountered. I would highly recommend this facility to any soldier or anyone looking for safe secure storage!!!
