my door appeared broken and items were stolen out my unit they never resolved the issue as i waited for a resolution they tried to auction my items with a 5 day notice because i accused them of stealing they are very unprofessional and the workers steal and all i asked for was a few more days why would i give my keys to fix a door if my items were already stolen by employees and why would i have to pay before my items were retreiced or reembursed i went through the insurance process that i pay extra for i gave police doc number and they been giving me the run around for months this bussiness is wrong

I rented the unit online paid online they sent .e a d email containing the gate code and my unit number and the temporary lock code to the actual unit lock but didn't provide me with door code to get to my unit because I rented an climate controlled unit I sat outside for over 3 a.d a half hours called customer service 7 times the actual store was closed beca8aenit was a Sunday therefore the property manager had left the property there fore I couldn't get I to my storage until after 5:30 pm yesterday I rented the unit at 9 am when I was finally able to get I to the building they still haven't provided me with the correct door code to access my unit still

GREAT RATES & STAFF I called several storage business. Everyone one seemed annoyed with my many questions, except Geoff from Cube Smart. He was knowledgeable and never felt pressured at anytime. I went to facility and Geoff was even more understanding w/ my questions and showed me around. Knew was going to come back on payday. Great service! Clean and professional. The Manager Mariah helped me pick the size of the space I needed. She was very accommodating, showing me the unit while it was pouring down rain outside ( Which she didn’t have to do). Great place great staff they are very very knowledgeable and although I don't have a storage there anymore they were very very lenient and understanding of circumstances and we're very helpful with all my needs pertaining to storage. I've seen first-hand some nasty customers but the management here despite customers being explicitly verbal and rude the management here still was professional and still offered as much help as they could well being fair to the rest of us as customers. I even one time had trouble with a motorcycle and the gentleman that cleans out the storages offered to jump my battery and to help with some starter fluid took time out of his day to show consideration.

The units are way over priced and it sucks the way the place is set up! Entering the code doesn't always work which sucks. The lady at the front is really REEEEEALLY slow! The whole process getting the unit took forever! Then making a payment, I had to call 3 days in a row before she wasn't busy and could actually help. Then when I finally moved out, I left something in my unit and the lady has harassed my fiance and me by calling us over and over telling us to come get the stuff out! I keep telling her we moved to Colorado but I guess she thinks there is still hope so she keeps calling (3-4 months later!!!!) Like what the hell lady?! Sell our stuff! That's what other storage facilities too!! Oh and the vehicle she is selling out front (traverse Im pretty sure) is known for bad timing chains going out!! So don't let her suck you into buying her car either! Sorry lady, if you'd just stopped harassing us I wouldn't have felt compelled to write this review but you won't stop calling us!

I informed them i was moving out and that they could keep my security deposit for the chairs i left in there and they decided to keep charging me for months after. I have witness to the fact i told the very rude woman wirking there i was all moved out. When informed i was still being charged i went to speak with the woman who yelled at me and could not even explain what the security fee was for. I would and have discourage anyone from going to this business.
