The representative Christine is more than gracious. Knew the options and went out of her way to try and meet needs of customers. AAA customer service. The facility presented as brand new and all worked flawlessly. This is not a roadside sandlot with four walls and a roof. Cost to benefit ratio still seemed to workout in my favor at the moment.

I worked with both Cory and Christine. Both were extremely helpful explaining options, pricing, discounts, etc. Very pleased Cory reserved for a few weeks a 10 x 15 with easy access to the 1st floor door until we got our house moving plan finalized. I will be storing mostly old furniture not coming with us in our move to our next house in Aug '24, and we will be selling after the move. Perfect staging location for the furniture and other belongings to be sold. I'm impressed with the cleanliness, climate control, and security of the facility and our storage unit. There are Cube Smart locations closer to my house in So. Kingstown, but this one appears to be the best with great staff who really know what customer service is all about. Thank you both!

My wife and I moved out of the life storage down the street because three years ago we paid 170 a month and they kept upping it until we were paying 325. So obviously we left and found cube smart who offered the exact same storage space for 140 per month. No brainer. Went here to ask a question about payments and ended up standing outside the locked door for 30 minutes, called, ended up calling customer service and no one could get ahold of either manager to figure out what was happening. I literally just wanted to make a payment.
