It's a storage unit, so the bar is low. Pros: The security access worked well. Place is clean. Cons: Management is off and sometimes rude. The automatic payment would routinely just stop and then you would get a notice for late fees. Also, you would get random emails saying you were late for payment only to find out that emails were sent out mistakenly. And this was the kicker: You pay until the end of the month and if you leave before the end of the month, you will not be prorated reimbursed. Instead, they will begin renting the unit you paid for to another customer... double booking. Not sure the legality there... but it's definitely part of the practice; I was told by the manger. Renter beware.

Very clean, just make first tight for office. Ivan was the man, pleasant to deal with. I had to extend my MT a few unexpected times. They were very accommodating. only drawback is access, Ivan or one of the team can give you a better alternative route to get in. Ask before you go there.

Manager is a helpful guy and it's a clean storage facility but they raised our rate 20% with no improvement in services. Sorry, not patronizing businesses that do that anymore. You have to take a stand against corporate greed disguised as inflation. Taking my business elsewhere. Reply to Owner's Response: Prices don't need to go up 20%. If they do, you're not managing your business very well. If you had kept the rise to 5% or less, we may have stayed, but you got greedy. We've already moved our business.

I moved 5 units from another Storage Facility due to pricing that was offered online. The online pricing did Not offer any promo pricing or the Website did Not advertise any Promo Pricing. Whatever was offered online was communicated to me as their standard pricing. When I moved over a property manager Ivan Molina who helped me open my units there insisted that their pricing policy as the owners committed to would never change Except every year and never more than 6 Percent. This gave me a comfort level of stable pricing with these units. Six month in I receive a Letter that advised me that my monthly rate will increase 70% yes Seventy Percent. I called them immediately and the call would disconnect without even ringing. I drove over to Personally face Ivan and he put his hands over his ears and spits out a standard statement that was in the letter. Basically the letter gave a bunch of Bull as a reasoning for the increase. The obvious here is you classic Bait and Switch. The owners here are typical Weasels that are just Unethical. I have known Ivan for many years and was surprised he would work with these owners to mislead honest customers.

Edited!! Went and talked to them and was told that McKee (the owners) do not care that their tenants are upset and realize that some people will move out over the drastic increase but they are sticking with it and more increases may follow. Defiantly a bait and switch. I felt bad for Ivan who was just getting yelled at by everyone there and he has no control over the increase. I loved the place until I received my first rate increase after 6 months. When I signed with them I was told they normally do 10% rate increases which I thought was fair. Lo and behold my first increase came at 6 months and my rate jumped from $62 to $104. Don’t trust what they tell you. They get you to move in and then jack the rates up.

This review is for my experience with a Uhaul pick up at this location. There was a mixup with my Uhaul reservation and Ivan was extremely helpful with getting the situation resolved. What could have been a very frustrating experience, turned out to be a positive one because of Ivan. He was kind and helpful, and I wish there were more employees like him out in the world.

Ivan the Great! Ivan the great! IVAN THE GREAT! This is my 2nd time renting at A-Storage-Depot, so being handled in an amazing way previously I decided to go back for a few months for my pop-up business. Myself, along with two buddies really needed the space for the summer and Ivan, being the legend that he is, knew exactly which unit was best for us. He recommended the 2nd floor 10×15 so we had the perfect blend of space, ease of access, and of course price! So happy with him! When it was time to say goodbye, it was one simple phone call and meet up, no haggle, no frets. Such an amazing experience! Guys, if you need a storage unit, go here, and RUN to Ivan, don't walk!

I rented 2 storage units here (variable sizes) both were more than enough! The grounds is always kept clean, and is protected by gate/private code, so I always felt safe. The units are all climate controlled! The management team was exceptional every time I was there, nothing but caring, helpful and kind! I would recommend to anyone looking to rent a storage unit. Fairly low prices as well!

What can you say? I need to store items and hope they'll be safe, secure, and easily accessible. Well, I got far more than I bargained for. The facility is clean, well lit, with bathroom that's extremely accommodating. Ivan could NOT have been more helpful and attentive to my concerns. You'd think I was buying the place. I met Ivan prior to his coming onboard at A Storage Depot. He was the reason I started renting there. He had and has always treated me and my wife with the utmost professional, conscientious attitude... and keeps the facility spotless. FYI, I have had some of my boxes (All Black) sitting in my unit untouched for almost 8 months. When I went to move them this evening, there was virtually no dust. How do you explain that!? I've rented space from other facilities, and I would typically have to clean off dust and cobwebs every month. Keep up the good work Ivan.

This place kept in mind it's clients storage need. It's a warm storage unit, has heat for your storage space, very clean and even has bathrooms which are clean. They have a cleaner person and seems they are keeping it very tidy. Their is this man who works there usually when I come and get is so welcoming, like Saint Nic. Also, they play some good music in the background as you unload or load your stuff. I am very happy with this place

I have been renting a 10 x 10 self-storage unit here for about a year and having nothing but good things to report. I am on the third floor but the elevator service and hand carts provided make it easy and quick to transport things from my SUV and to retrieve them as needed. Easy access from Exton and West Chester, and the facility is clean, modern, and attractive, both inside and out. Staff at the front desk are always helpful if I have a question. I am also pleased with the rate, which I believe is less than what is being charged elsewhere in the area for equivalent climate controlled self-storage. Great pickup and dropoff for U-Haul as well, which is hard to come by in the area. Winner!

Well-lighted for safety when others are in the building and the office is closed. Personnel check the lock on all units daily. Two nice gentlemen in the office who helped me. All around: a success.

Absolutely love the service. Ivan was candid and informative. The facilities are not only new but obviously well maintained. Moreover, each unit, which by the way we rented three, are easily accessible regardless of which floor you decide on. The last, but not at all least, is that each unit is well-lit! Other facilities in the area always required me to bring flashlights, lanterns, and plenty of batteries.

There's a fine line between friendly customer service banter, and making your guest feel unwelcome-and this guy succeeded in the latter. He was rude to his female coworker in front of me.
