i placed my items in storage years ago and had no reason to access them. until recently. I finally had reason to and I found the items were destroyed by mice/rats and insects. This is despite the cost of the unit increasing dramatically over the duration i rented it. Each time the price increased the stated reason was facility improments. i ask what facility improvements???? Automatic customer belongings destruction by pests service perhaps?????!???

Before I went to this location I called and spoke with the young lady and she was very helpful she's very informative and I looked at the reviews before I went and nobody had nothing bad to say... We truly had an excellent experience checking in to this establishment. Samantha was an excellent customer service representative and walked us through every step and every option. We even had a special ride on a golf cart to view our unit before we paid. It is a very secure location and I feel very satisfied leaving my belongings there. I have had storages two other times in my life and this is by far the most professional experience and the safest one I've had. The only drawback is that they do close their gates at 6. That can be troublesome if you work late otherwise no complaints very clean units very clean parking lot I even saw mousetrap thing so you don't have to worry about vermin. Highly recommend if you need a storage unit. The prices are comparable as well

Dollina and “Little Bit” have been a pleasure to work with. I moved over from a less accommodating competitor here in the Dayton area and found the staff helpful in all aspects. Grateful they follow all the rules to protect themselves and my property and feel confident with my storage choice. My experience with them has been incredibly dissapointing. I stored my things there for only 3 months. There were mouse urine and feces in my unit. Jeremy, the onsite property manager, said he would file an insurance claim to refund me for things I had to throw out and has not honored his end. Its been since the beginning of August with no follow through and avoids communication. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

Rodents. Neverending mice and nothing is being done. Been dealing with this since May. No one will help me. I even went to the BBB and they can't even get the company to respond. Email is unanswered, no one calls back and the mouse I left outside my unit has sat there for 6 weeks so it's painfully obvious that they are not spraying or helping to solve the issue.

Started at this place 2 or so years ago and the price was great and a nice facility. Now I pay over 70$ for the smallest unit they have and I can never get anyone on the phone! I've been left a voicemail and I call back less than ten minutes later and no one is in the office?! I'm leaving this place the moment I can arrange it. Paying nearly a 100 dollars for a closet sized unit and can't even get any customer service?!

I had to change my rating because on 4/10/18 around 2:30am me and my husband and my two children went to the storage and not 5 minutes later Miami Township Police follows us in there saying they followed us in because there have been MULTIPLE BREAK INS AT THIS LOCATION. I wanna know how do they even have a code to get in an out?? I'm being harassed at a SUPPOSEDLY secured that I PAY for by someone who is not supposed to have access to???? And why wasn't I told about all these BREAK INS y'all are having when I paid for my unit???

It was cheap and I got a good deal for the first 3 months; after that with insurance it was only 50/month. The manager is super friendly and nice and lives on site for extra security. Only complaint is that it's hard to turn left out of there, but that's not their fault! Would recommend
