Friendly service at both locations and usually, by far, cheaper than anywhere else. What I don't like is that they advertise these prices and when you get there, they want you to pay a min. of $12 per month for $2k insurance per month, make you buy an $8 lock for $20 and on top of that try charging a $30 administration fee (which can be waived if you raise a little hell). Still the cheapest and most pain free every month.

While getting my house ready to sell, I needed a storage garage to put some items. On moving day, I needed to get a 2nd unit. Here’s what I learned: 1. I have too much stuff! 2. I decided to rent two units, a 10x10 and 10x20 for my personal belongings and my vehicle. The prices seem a bit on the higher side and the Grove City, Ohio locations grounds were not even maintained after a snow storm hit this past weekend making trying to move both my belongings and vehicle into the units a nightmare. For what they charge for their units, the grounds should be better maintained at all times and their prices need to be more reasonable.

It's average. The site is kept up well, the on-site manager is helpful enough. Access is easy enough. But the rental rate got out of control. $455/mo for a big sheet metal box (10x30) was unacceptable. I would use CubeSmart again, but not at the current rate.

Way too expensive. Storage unit started at $80/month when I got it at the end of 2017. Rent went through the roof and ended at $200/month for the same unit. Save your money and go to Uhaul storage. Same storage unit for $109/month in a heated indoor storage facility.

Would give it zero stars if possible. Upped rates by 40%, with no notice. When confronted they insisted they sent an email. Which they couldn't furnish a copy of, obviously. It gets better. Even when notifying in writing to close my account they continue to keep it open to accrue charges. They even attempted to charge a card I'd used previously. Stay away at all costs

Easy process of getting a unit and had no issues while we were there. We rented for approximately 3 months there and had 3 units overtime. Our movers moved us out recently of our last unit on a Sunday. I was waiting for Monday to call and close our account. Wes from the office took the extra intiaitve on that Sunday to see the move happening and called me to ensure then unit was indeed empty and asked if we are ready to close out the account. Saved me from a phone call and very much appreciated his initiative. He was very pleasant. Highly recommend them.

Nice place and nice employees. Clean and well lit. Dry too! Here are a few tips: If you have a renter’s policy, it probably will cover your property in storage but you must bring your declaration page when signing up to rent the unit. Otherwise, you must buy their insurance which starts at $12 per month for $2000 valuation of your property. Bring a mask on the day you are signing your lease or anytime you need to go into their office. It’s required for the office. They only let one person into their office at a time which is a little ridiculous given the size of the place. Two employees were working when I went and I waited a considerable amount of time for them to finish with the person ahead of me. The unit I rented has a vent in the unit itself which I think should be more effective in terms of climate control than other units which have an opening along the top of a wall that is supposed to allow conditioned air to enter the unit. Not all units have that. You can buy your own lock and use it which will save you some money. Make sure it’s the puck style rather than a traditional loop lock. The locks they sell are a little expensive. Puck locks are available pretty much everywhere. Make your reservation is done online and you will likely get a better price than walk in prices. $20 off in my case for a 10 by 15. They are month to month and up size and down size is not a problem based on availability. The people there are nice. Spencer called me a few minutes after I signed up online. Pretty good customer service. Russ, the person who rented the unit to me was nice. He showed me a few units and helped me make a good decision. The inside units are clean, the hallways are well lit, and the unit’s floor was dry despite a few days of rain before. It doesn’t smell either. That’s a relief! The ceiling is high! But I don’t think it’s possible to stack that many boxes on top of each other so you may need to install stand alone shelves to support more stacking space it you’re looking to store boxes and totes on top of one another to the ceiling. Nothing can be attached to the walls of the storage unit. Location is easy to get to. It’s gated and there are some security cameras. I wish they had more cameras though. I know other places have a camera angled at every turn. Maybe this place doesn’t need them because of its location.

This is a terrible hole in the wall. Don't let them suck you in with gimmicks. They raise your rent rapidly. I started paying $169 and after a year I am now at $280. The staff are very rude and quick to give you a hard time. They also lock your unit unlawfully if you get a little behind and they harass your emergency contacts. I have never had such a terrible experience with a storage facility as with CubeSmart. Avoid!

Over priced and false advertisement. Says free moving truck well you have to place$100 a deposit which yes you get back but then have to pay $10 to rent it so per their website it's not free as they advise. The service was courteous and informative. I am a repeat customer and that is due to the people I deal with at this facility. There are a lot of storage companies in my area but I know when I drive away my stuff is secure. Thanks for the great work.

Affordable and accomodating. The fact that you're able to use the moving truck makes things so much easier and even more affordable. Just note that you have to have the lock at the day of signing your lease and the best lock you can buy are the disc locks. We showed up with a heavy duty MasterLock and it didn't fit.

I am getting ready to put my stuff in storage and met with Mandy and she took me for a tour and showed me my storage unit. Very polite and helpful. Also set me up for free use of their truck. WOW !!

Lots of security which is good including recorded video of premises. have to have a gate code to enter and exit. Very friendly staff. I like the fact that before you rent one, they will show the unit to you to see if you like it instead of finding it on your own. we placed our order online which gave us an additional discount too and 1st month was half off. Only slight issue was that there was a hidden cost of $11 per month for all the security. wasn't a big deal because even with that cost, is STILL cheapest, best secured place in grove city. If you purchase a lock for you unit through them, your covered by THEIR insurance for a certain amount if something would happen.
