Store safe has always been a great company. I feel confident that my things are safe. And even when I had a few rough spots and had to pay late they were great. I do think it may be a little expensive but as in any thing you get what you pay for.

Just rented a 5x10 and for $7 more got the exterior entrance. Easy to access, clean and lit up. Competitive pricing, sweet promo for 2nd month and enjoyed the ease of using their website to reserve a unit and ultimately pay. Gary and Susan very courteous and prompt communications. They care!

Zoom in, if any one uses this company to store their valuables . Just know they are infested . & treats their customers horribly. Especially Susan . Very rude honestly . They took no regard to my personal stuff, I had to put myself in harms way to retrieve my loved ones ashes , they claim they had no idea about their infestation. Their insurance is bullcrap . It doesn’t cover nothing . So at this point my family has taken a big financial loss due to this. As well as Susan just gave a call this morning basically saying we will still be charged for an infested storage unit. Is this how you all treat your MILITARY FAMILIES?

My business needs additional space from time to time and we have used this location for years. It's easy to access and secure. Plenty of room for our very large trucks to navigate and someone is onsite 24/7 so they keep an eagle eye on everything that goes on here. We really appreciate these guys.

I love that it's an drive up storage, which is open 7 days a week, and there is an online bill pay which is convenient for me, it's secure and i love putting in my digital code for entry and I don't have to worry about putting that code in when I leave i just pull up and the gate automatically opens up, it's nice and clean and I've never had any problems with management.

It’s a decent place to store your things but the price has increased from $50 a month to $92 since new ownership took over. The last time I went in, some of my things were covered in what looked like insulation that had fallen from the ceiling. It’s not worth that price. I’m looking to move my things elsewhere soon.

Good service. Bit pricey but it’s the cheapest and closest to where I live. I have been renting my unit since it was A Storage USA and I would have rated them must lower just because of their staff Alone. They had this guy whose name I don’t care to mention but he was just a very rude, large old man who always spoke to you as if you were beneath him in every way possible. Ever since they were bought out and he retired or whatever, it has been a much more pleasurable experience. The only real downside is just how certain things are ran. Couple times I’ve gone to check in my things and there’s a random motorcycle parked crooked in the dead center of the drive and no owner in site. Had to drive around the opposite side and drive in reverse to leave. Just a bit weird and needs to be watched. If I would get in trouble for doing that, someone who does that should be as well. Apart from that, it’s good. The young woman who runs the office is nice but seems bored. Can’t say I blame her if she sits in that cramped office all day but overall a very nice and patient woman.

After being bought out my rent went up. The said they sent a letter saying the rent was due on another date but I didn't get it nor did I sign for a agreement. There were holes in my unit that I had to tell to fix. Also the light was never fixed in my unit. There is asbestos all over my items and it impossible to breathe in these units. I prefer the previous owners. This place isn't worth your money or inconvenience.

Had storage room there for years very safe and secure. New owners. Prices go up yearly . They start texting to tell you your late the day the bill is due. Mice destroyed lots of my stuff and never had any kind of food in rooms. Old owners didn't care we will see if new ones do.

The manger that sits at the front desk is rude as hell. I asked him about waving my late fee due to the Memorial Day tornados in Ohio and he told me no. Told him i was gonna change facilities and he said fine, they got people on the wait list anyway. Asked for corporate number and he told me he’s not allowed to give it out and they would say things to me that was a lot harsher than what he said

When mouse droppings were found in my storage, the management was very rude about it. Even told me I could go somewhere. Which was strange since I calmly informed them of the problem and asked what I should do. The office manager is not helpful and is a smart alek.
