Update: Due to my previous ONE-star review and canceling my contract because of POOR customer service the storage manager, Katie and Jeremy seized my properties by changing locks on the unit and refusing to grant me access to my unit. Very pathetic on their part.

This review pertains specifically to this location, as I acknowledge that other branches may offer exceptional service to their customers. **MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: PROCEED WITH CAUTION!** If it were possible to rate this location with zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the details to help prospective renters make an informed decision. From the very beginning of my reservation, the service I received has been incredibly frustrating. As a first-time renter, I was hopeful for a smooth process, but my expectations were quickly dashed. The Senior Manager, Jeremy, displayed an alarming level of rudeness and unprofessionalism in his interactions with me. I found him to be abrasive and dismissive, which added unnecessary stress to an already complicated situation. The property manager, Katy, was equally unhelpful, failing to address my concerns in a constructive manner. The crux of the issue began with a mix-up concerning my assigned unit number. Despite informing the office ahead of time that I would be arriving after hours to unload my belongings, I found myself in a predicament. I was told that I would find a lock and welcoming kit in my unit upon arrival—information they confirmed multiple times in prior communications—yet I discovered my unit was unlocked. This oversight on their part should have warranted an apology or at least some understanding. Instead, I was met with hostility. When I attempted to clarify the situation with both Jeremy and Katy, they insisted that the fault lay with me rather than acknowledging their own failure to provide accurate unit information or properly assist me. Jeremy went so far as to threaten to dispose of my property within 24 hours if I didn’t move my items to the correct unit, seemingly refusing to accept any responsibility for the mix-up. In a further attempt to address my concerns, I reached out to the corporate office, hoping for a more constructive resolution. To my disbelief, Jeremy returned my call with a dismissive laugh, proclaiming that he was “corporate” and handled all complaints. His tone suggested that he felt he could act without fear of repercussions for his disrespectful behavior. Ultimately, my experience at this location has left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I have canceled my contract with this location. I share this to caution others about what they might encounter. I implore you to research other companies before settling for this location. Buyer beware!

Customer service is amazing! Kate the manager and India the customer service lady were phenomenal! The first unit assigned to me had a standard sized door and concerned me about getting my washer dryer and double fridge through it and they were able to switch me to a standard garage door with no complaints! I really appreciated the time that was taken to insure satisfaction! Thank you so much!

Walked a mile with my stuff to my storage unit I paid for online and it was rented out already with a yellow lock on it. Of course nobody in the office on a Sunday. Absolute joke of a place. Fencing is pulled up, one unit had a door someone tried to drive through. Waiting on a refund if they do it. I'll let you know and update my review

Well the place seems to be clean and everything for the last couple times I visited there's no one ever in the office I had to finally fill out paperwork on line and pay and I know I said I wouldn't move in till Saturday but I noticed when checking the unit out they all have locks on . every time I went there there is nobody in the office I couldn't get the keys to get into my unit even if I wanted to Hope someone gets with me with the keys soon

Place is old and worn. Empty units should be cleaned just a little better before renting. Young lady that rented to me was very nice and gave me a good deal. Access hours are great. Hard to find a cheaper place to rent. I recommend this business

I signed up and paid for a unit online. When I arrived, nobody was there at the office. I called the corporate phone number, and they ended up giving me a code to get in. When I got to my unit, there was a lock on it. I called the number back and they put me on hold while they "called the district manager." I was told they couldn't do anything, so I tried to leave. I was LOCKED IN THE DAMN GATE!! I called the number again, and they gave me some codes to try that didn't work. After I threatened to drive through their gate, they finally gave me an emergency code to leave. I went back this morning to get a refund, and I was told the company doesn't do refunds. I asked to speak to the district manager and I was told they don't have one. Apparently, this place is being sold for the 3rd time in 2 years, and they are in the middle of a changeover. Pay the extra money and go somewhere that knows how to run a business.

I have lived/used this storage facility my whole life, and in the last year or so that the new property manager Cierra( I think is how you spell it) has been there this place has done so much turn around , she is outstanding at all of her work , polite , respectful , beautiful young lady. Very pleased & will refer all my friends and family. Oh and the new girl Katie , catches on quick & is just as nice & sweet as can be!!!

I have been a customer over a yr. I was them when it was GVS which wasn't so great always had issues. Now that they have changed ownership the place has become much better with security is #1. The girls I usually see are both great people. Anytime I come in they greet me ask how I have been. I would recommend having storage here. The prices are reasonable! I just got a 2nd unit they are offering 50% off promo for the 1st month. They also have Tape & packing stuff for your needs too.

This place has gone downhill since stor quest took over. My locker has been broken into along with a few others twice when two weeks. Security is real bad. All I get is excuses on why things can't be done for more protection. The hasps are cheap grade and easily cut. I don't think the site manager is a good fit for the job. This place is overpriced, they raised my 10 x 20 locker rent to $ 182.54 from $166.00. Not worth it. The place is filthy and deplorable. I probably have to look for a better place which is more secure, clean and reasonably priced since I am a senior on a fixed income

This is a horrible place. My family had units there for 20 years. And our stuff was destroyed by raccoons. Cheap more like way over priced. I can get 3 units for the price of one. No security a unit was broke into on Friday 2/25/22. Trying to clean up the unit they want to charge for trash removal. Stay away if you have units get your stuff out before it’s stolen or destroyed.

We had move last minute and need storage. The property manager Matt was very receptive to our needs and took time to show us various sized units. Every unit we seen was clean along with the rest of the facility. Matt was very friendly and made this easier with his easy going attitude, he also made sure to explain everything we needed to know and we didnt have any questions. The prices were competitive and even gave us a generous discount on the second month. I will be recommending this place to anyone for storage.

My storage unit was broken into items were stolen unit was cool ransacked many things were destroyed .They turned in my claim they said I should be getting my reimbursement check for weeks then said it was denied . Stored my camper there, someone pried the door open, destroying the door and frame and stole the battery and tv wall mount and all. The place advertises video security 24/7. In truth there are only 4 cameras and they don’t cover the entire property. Thanks a lot.

Raggedy as all get out. My unit is very neat, boxes stacked neatly, and brand new furniture in my unit that was purchased from Macy's. My unit is full of mice from other dirty units. The district manager said she would right all the wrongs, however I have not heard from her with the exception of her giving me the number to the corporate office where no one ever is available.

My father has storage here for the past yr, an best thing I can say is if you need it you need it but for the most of it for people cleaning out there basements or wanting to put stuff there to sort through later I'd say bad idea, lol ends up staying there an getting costly before you realize it.. Never had a complaint with them..

Had a Max size unit for 5 years the price went up by about 5-10% almost 2-3 times a year, I ended up paying almost 150 a month which would have got me a unit in a nice place. The units were burgalized at least twice and I came in paid cash for two months in advance and was only credited one month

RIP OFF artists don't waist your time the cheap price is designed to get you in. Believe me the price will rise fast an average of 10.50 every 2.5 months . Also beware of the hostage technique by requesting a 15day notice of your intent to move out. Yet they will send you a notice of increase cost 10 days before your rent is due. This organization is a scam in my opion.

Bought a storage locker from an auction on storage treasure and when I went to clean it out it was full of bed bugs dead mice and racoons. Be careful at this location. They ripped me off for 150 dollars. Major crooks. Was a manager special. They took images of the back of the locker only. Because they knew it was a hazmat unit.
