- Rental agreement: Complete your rental agreement (online, over the phone, or in person).
- Payment: Make your first month’s payment for your storage unit as well as your one-time administrative fee.
- Insurance: We require insurance coverage for the items you store at CubeSmart. And we offer affordable, third-party insurance/protection plan options. If you are already covered, provide a copy of the declaration page at the time of rental.
- Identification: A state-issued ID card, driver’s license, passport, or military ID before moving in.
Storage office hours are the hours that our office is open, and a store manager is available to assist you. Access hours indicate the time you have full access to your unit (no assistance needed). Please check with a store manager at your CubeSmart facility in #CITY# for specific office hours.
