Ana provided stellar service which seems to be a rarity anywhere these days. She was friendly, courteous, had superior product knowledge, all of which made my transactions smooth and painless. Furthermore she expressed an interest in my quest for vehicle storage which exceed other competitors. It was her personal touch that caused me to return and sign the storage agreement after exploring other facilities. Reasonable prices and efficient service makes for a five star rating. Highly recommended! Just ask for Ana!

Customer service was great but when I got to unit it was falsely advertised and the 5’x5’ unit was probably more like 4’8”x4’8” so be ware. I was told all the units of that size were the same

So what happened to us won't happen to anyone else, and your belongings won’t get completely destroyed! Do not put anything you really need, and/or care about inside these storages, take my advice and find another place. Even with two different management, both the same thing, and I’m kicking myself for thinking otherwise!

They keep raising the rent without telling you. There have been break-ins there. they force you to buy insurance, but then take no responsibility for your stolen items, because they said you should have filed a police report. I only learned about the break-ins once I read it in the newspaper! There is definitely a lack of communication between new ownership (CubeSmart) and the customer. Their prices are very high for what you get in return. I’d definitely shop around for other storage facilities in the area.

Ana was very helpful! Place felt safe and well kept. Saw some other reviews that said there is no security or video cameras but not only were there signs for security cameras (and visible cameras to go with) you can see the video monitors in the office — also the entrance has a chain on it. Great rates, would highly recommend!!

I wish they were open until 10pm. I tend to be more active in the evening, even if I got up early. The girl in the office is very sweet and organized. The 10x20 foot unit was very clean and there are mice-to be expected.

Our unit was broken into and a bunch of our stuff was stolen. We weren't offered a break on rent and all of the broken untis haven't been repaired no improvements were made to helpnwith security. Terrible!!!

No manager on site. No security cameras. After Argus took over in May 2022 my unit and many others were burglarized. Had not had any problems with my unit until then.

Put stuff in my unit in 2013, just came back for it last week. I took a pic of when I packed it so it was clear to me the unit was gone through. Tons of stuff is gone - including many books I was hoping to take with me and a lot of my dads art. It looked as though the unit had been entered through one of the walls, (made of Sheetrock LOL) and my grill was out, as was a bag of toilet paper - thinking maybe someone was living in there for a bit? No idea when, but don’t spend your money here. See photos of 2013 v 2021.

We put an apartment's worth of possessions in unit 515 for 18 months, and when we came to pick them up found an inch of water on the floor, a leak in the roof, a soaked wall, all with mold growing down the side. We informed the staff on site and they responded that they were not responsible for damage. They sure are responsible for their leaking roof! Its a minimum expectation for mini-storage, that the contents not be soaked and left to mold.

Michael was very helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Clean and centrally located. So many times, storage can be expensive and they always seem to raise the price on you after a few months. My experience here has been that they don't do that. Very happy with my experience.
