I'm just rented a space at this facility. Yes, the prices are a little salt, but look at the economy. Everything is salty. You get what you pay for. I came in under their 9ne month free and 50 percent of, granted they tell you straight up that it will raise in price after a few months but all the storage places are about the same in price. As I said before, you get what you pay for. Mice are going to creep everywhere they can find warmth and food. I have used storage places all my life and you will get this every once in a while so understand please these people work hard to keep a nice environment to prevent this from happening but when others don't follow the rules and store food and things they are not supposed to by contract its just a problem waiting to happen. We all need to work together and don't place the blame but follow the rules. The world would be such a better place. Thank for allowing me to share. By the way the manager Joyce at this facility is awesome. She was very patient with me, showed me the different sizes of the units and was very helpful in guiding me to the best decision for me. Thank you Joyce I appreciate you, the fine friendly service, and patience.

I have rented this storage unit for over half a year and have had nothing but a bad experience since the beginning. They recently sold to Cubesmart and things have went even more downhill from there. Rent prices go up basically every month and you will never be able to get ahold of anyone at the facility. I would not recommend this storage unit unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount. Also i was recently informed that they have had mouse problems since january and that is still a problem today. I recently moved all of my stuff out of my unit and there was mouse poop over EVERYTHING. Also destroying multiple things within the unit. I would not recommend this facility there are way cheaper options with a better quality environment.

I must say and admit, that I was a little apprehensive when I learned that Cube Smart was assuming ownership however, I have been pleasantly surprised. I have three different units and the new Manager at the 2200 Elmwood location, Joyce has been phenomenal. She helped me track down a invoice I needed and an insurance issue. She responded to all of my questions thoroughly and promptly I have several Hundred of Thousands of dollars of items stored among my three units and I am would not have it stored anywhere but at Cube Smart. I got a locker here when I moved, at first I got a 5x10 just to store some belongings that I did not want to leave in a hotel room. When getting to my new apartment I found I did not have the space I expected and needed to get a larger unit. Not only did the manager make this easy and painless he was also personable and made what was turning into a big thorn to quickly solving my problems. If you need a storage unit I would highly recommend using this facility.

Darren is extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for long term and short term storage. Easy access at all times with multiple entrances that make getting to your storage unit very easy. The climate controlled indoor units help with the peace of mind that all stuff stored will be in the same condition as they were when they were first put in regardless of how long they are stored.

Great experience here. Very clean and secure climate controlled storage. The loading dock with two large garage doors is indispensable if you have to move bulky items -- I don't think all indoor storage facilities have this. Darren at the front desk is very helpful.

I recently rented a unit for $38 a month and when I went to pay my bill this month it was 56 and is now owned by a different company I got one letter in the mail and was under the impression that that was the company that was doing the insurance but apparently it's the company that has now taken over extra storage space I did not agree to $56 a month and I think it's wrong to charge me a new price without contacting me or me signing a new contract

Rented a storage unit here around March. Overall, staff is very professional and they are very prudent about the pandemic. Doors and entrance keypads are sanitised, and staff do social distancing effectively. Quality of the facility is very nice and is properly temperature controlled. I used to pay $81 per month but then I suddenly got charge for $94 per month without prior notice. I understand that they are allowed to do this as my contract does not cover me in case of price bumps. Although this is a good spot for storage, I would be more happy if my rent charge per month stayed the same.

The facility is top notch! Highly recommend! The only constructive criticism is the door system. I used the loading entrance on the BMV side. Either the second set (inside doors) need removed or made to be automatic sliding & large opening. The transitions on all doors need to be smooth...it was “bouncy” getting moving carts in and out, which caused items to fall. Very nice, climate controlled storage units!!

I like their 4 wheel carts for moving things and the convenience of my unit being inside out of the weather so I could go add or remove things in any kind of weather. He helped recommend the correct storage size and even directed me to other great resources when his location didn't have the best option for me. This storage facility is one of the nicest and spacious I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Not only are the staff attentive to every need and or problem that a "tenant" may have, the staff here are incredibly friendly and very outspoken. Jeryl Doppelfeld, the store manager of this facility, is one of the most wonderful, awesome, funny, helpful, and quite possibly one of the most vivacious people I've ever met in my entire life. Right on and very well done.

I have loved this storage space and company since day one! I plan to move out of my other storage unit with a different company and only use this one....physically it is wonderful! Inside so even during rain, cold or heat I can work and sort my items, plenty of lighting, use of carts to move things in and out ....and the staff is so kind and amazing...they really understand what customer service means... specifically today Jeryl Doppelfeld was outstanding....took time to greet me and my friend, answered all my questions, smiled and was kind and warm.....left feeling happy and valued.

So far, we’ve had a wonderful experience with this company! The building was well lit and easily accessible with several entrance options. The manager was very upbeat and friendly. She gave us a tour and showed us how to use our entry code. She was very accommodating in allowing us to choose the location of our storage unit. You will be asked if you want to purchase their insurance protection plan or use your own renters/homeowners insurance.

Went to check out a storage unit for my boyfriend and I to keep items in there that we can’t fit in our apartment. The facility was very nice, clean and indoors. The woman who helped us was very friendly and made sure to meet our needs of where we needed a storage unit! Can’t explain how happy my boyfriend and I are with this choice in storage. Air conditioned unit for great value Great experience and service from Carol! Walked us through the process, policies, and answered any questions very professionally. Recommend checking into their specials (sometimes 1 month free) including moving supplies. Access is not 24 hours, but between 6 AM - 10 PM is very fair.

I was contacted by Carol Redd to set an appointment to meet and discuss my storage needs. I was able to meet with Carol the next morning upon opening. Carol was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was throuough and patient answering all my questions. The facility was spotless and very well set up. I was impressed to find bathrooms inside available for customer use. My unit is close to the loading dock which helps me as an older individual and the carts are wonderful. My son attends Purdue University and was moving to another apartment. There was a gap of 3 weeks in which we had to have his stuff stored in West Lafayette or bring it all home. With the 1$ move in special, we rented for 2 months for the price of one. It gave us flexibility in moving his apartment contents when we wanted to move them and not be rushed. The whole process was easy and the place was quite secure and clean. We also were able to access the items in storage 24/7. I would highly recommend this business for your storage needs. The staff was wonderful too!

There are many things to love about this storage facility. The location is super convenient and easy to access. Having a loading dock space was really nice to load and unload items. Having auto pay billing and invoices sent electronically was awesome. Communication was quick and easy when moving out (office was closed at time).

Market Square Storage is a beautiful climate controlled facility. It is a well lighted environment and has several easy to access entry and exit doors which is very convenient.
