Zero stars! Horrible facility with worse customer service! Storage is not water proof or wind proof your items will rust. Worst customer service ever! Continues to raise rates without notifying you! Avoid this place or drive passed and go somewhere else! Thumbs down place is horrible

*SEE PICTURES BELOW* Do not put your belongings in this storage facility. To my understanding, the facility has not been in business very long but they had good reviews so I trusted them with my belongings. The manager, Jovany (Sp??), comes off as helpful at first but when an issue arises, the only solution he has is to report everything to your insurance. He didn't even apologize for my bad experience, he simply went back and forth with me about the definition of "climate controlled" until I grew tired of it and walked out of the facility. I put my belongings in this storage unit mid summer. I had tvs, couches, and bed sets and chose the indoor unit because it is advertised as being climate controlled. It is NOT climate controlled and all of my boxes caved in from moisture and my cloth AND wood items grew mold on them within one month of being in the unit. Jovany's excuse was that I should have put a rug in the storage unit to avoid mold. I should not have to put a rug in a "climate controlled" storage unit to avoid mold forming. Then, I would have had an issue with my rug being molded as well. When I opened my kitchen supply box, all of my plastic utensils were molded. I was able to wash the mold out of the cloth items and wipe it off the wood but my plasticware was thrown away and was not worth enough to claim on insurance. When I asked Jovany to speak to a superior, he told me that he was as far as I could go. To my surprise, I tried to find a corporate line on my own and it redirected me to another facility in a different state who redirected me back to him. DO NOT put your valued belongings in this storage facility and don't expect any real help from management when things go wrong. Insurance is helpful but it does not replace the value of the things you bought and specifically want in your home.

Beautiful storage facility. Climate controlled with heat and A/C. Interior lights are motion-sensor to save on energy. Pleasant music in the halls. So clean you could eat off the floor and absolutely no trash anywhere. Maria told me in advance everything I needed to know.
