Front desk staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is new, so very clean. Controlled climate is the way to go for ultimate protection from extreme heat. I love that all tenants have individual access code, and the hours of operation are reasonable. I would recommend the Yulee based Cube Smart!!

The tenant at the storage unit, Ms. Danai was a very sweet lady. She helped me both yesterday and today, when I was struggling to get my stuff to the unit and make my first payment. She was very patient and had a positive attitude. I had to call several times because I wasn’t getting the confirmation and reservation email in my inbox. All the times I had to call last night, both she and Mr. Steve were super patient and were really wanting to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a new customer.

Incredibly flexible and accommodating ?? super clean facility. Great people to work with. They are up front about everything and will answer all questions. Highly recommend. UPDATE JUNE 2024: I had to move some things out of storage for personal reasons but just wanted to add that everyone is still incredibly polite, professional and understanding. Couldn't ask for a better staff especially transitioning between units, everybody and everything is still top-notch.

Place is clean and secure but a bit pricey for such a small space. I also thought this place was climate controlled, meaning they kept It at least cool in there but It was set to 80 degrees the other day I went to move stuff in and It was very hot. I took a picture for proof to show It was set at 80 and not just at 80 degrees because It was hot outside. If anything It should be set to 76 or 77- especially being in Florida. I am very disappointed in this, especially for how expensive It is.

The on-line reservation process and check-in process is seamless. The rates are competitive and the on-site staff is pleasant and helpful (thanks Steve and Leo!). This is a brand new facility in a convenient Wildlight location.
