Our last storage was all set up online ! Even though the office was closed we were still able to set up everything and get access so we didn’t waste time. It’s always very very clean, quiet, and lots of carts available. We’ve had a storage room here twice and would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this location. The rates are super affordable compared to other places in the area. And it’s super clean! Debbie was wonderful and made the rental process simple and efficient. I had called several other storage rental places in town with frustrating results and being sent to a 1-800 number. Cube Smart answered locally and I was fortunate that Debbie was there to assist me. If you live in South Tampa, this is the place for your storage needs.

Personally, I got to say that this is one of the cleanliest storage location and unit I have used. I was helped in the front by Dan who was very knowledgeable of the area and downright friendly. I am currently using a Climate control unit and it definitely was Climate controlled. The air felt cool and again, clean. I encourage anyone to rent out a unit at this location if you’re in the Tampa area.

We had a great experience from the beginning with Dan and Debbie. From securing the rental in May for our daughter and roommates' dorm belongings to the checkout on move out day everything was seamless. The ability to borrow the onsite van to move her stuff back into the dorm after summer break was invaluable! We did it in one trip instead of 4. From the start your customer service at the Gandy facility was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and fast. He explained everything, wrote it down for me on a card to keep and use (and I had to use it every time I went to my unit), and he couldn't have been more helpful. The unit was more than enough space and the cost is competitive, the facility is always clean and well-lit and the loading dock always clean and easy to use. It's a pain entering the code every time I want to go in or out inside the facility but I appreciate the security. Great service!

Where do I start...super clean, full climate control, fantastic maintenance/upkeep, personable interaction; I have nothing but good things to say from my very first meeting with Dan, the manager at this location and this establishment. Dan explained everything to me with such patience and kindness regarding how CubeSmart works, to pricing/current promotions, reservations, unit availability/sizing...covered it all and took the time to show me units to see what would work for me. Dan made me feel at ease from the start and I knew I would ultimately be using this facility for my storage needs. On my move-in day, upon seeing my unit, it was discovered that an unforeseen occurrence took place and caused my unit to be unavailable for use, well, not only did Dan wait for me to arrive, close to closing mind you, because the weather was really bad that day, but he completely turned the situation around by going the extra mile/above and beyond to ensure I was rightfully taken care of! Dan introduced me to Sherri, another CubeSmart associate, who is also extremely nice and pleasant to deal with! Sherri actually helped me on another unit rental and she was thorough, super sweet and very attentive!! My entire experience has been so rewarding in light of moving being so stressful!! Dan and Sherri are courteous each and every time I have to go to the site!! They make sure I can access the garage area if one of the doors are down; whatever I need for assistance, Dan and Sherri have been right there!! They are honestly the best and my family loves the way they treat me and treated them while they assisted me with my move! I am head over heels pleased with my choice to go with Cubesmart at this particular location because of Dan and Sherri!! Sherri, please forgive me if I have the spelling of your name wrong. Super easy to sign up and I was able to access my new storage right away in the morning. They left a cute welcome bag inside the storage with instructions. When I moved my belongings out she was kind enough to tell what I needed to do to close the unit without having to wait for help. Best storage facility I have ever used. Easy access, well maintained, immaculate. They have ramps and a platform you can back up to with a truck. Air conditioned through out. Good pricing and they often offer first month free when they are running specials. Best customer service ever. They treat you as if they were in your shoes. They even know me by name when I walk in. They have done everything to make sure I am happy and getting what I need at the best price. I am able to access my units even late in the evenings, everyday. The hall ways and units are well lit up. It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to storage.

My husband and I toured the facility yesterday and rented a 10 X 15 unit. Very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff's friendliness and efficiency. Prices are as we anticipated and we're happy to go with month to month rather than have to handle a contract. Also liked the facility's drive-in stall for rainy weather loading and unloading.

Everything you'd want in a storage facility. It's cool, clean and secure. Accommodating and friendly office staff. I appreciated getting notified once when my unit wasn't secured properly. There's a van parked out front that you can use for move in but I didn't try it out. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience. Clean facility, they keep the AC down (low temp), high security. Left my unit unlocked twice and security called me early the next morning to let me know. Love this facility better than the previous one I had. My only concern is the elevators. They are hair raising and probably need servicing or repair. The elevator closest to Gandy especially. Jerks around a lot and you feel it's going to drop.

REVISED with new management... I cant say enough about the new management team they brought in last year. What a difference two people (Dan/Debbie) with professionalism, who actually care about the property, can make in a short period of time. They truly elevated this property up to a level you don't typically find at a storage facility. I'll be a customer for as long as they are there! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! I'm somewhat torn on how to review my experience here. Everything was 5 star, till I arrived after office hours, unpacked my truck, get to my unit and find they forgot to take their lock off my unit and I cdnt get in. Now, they did step up and their 800# got ahold of Cindy and she got ahold of Tom and he drove back while I sat and waited, and was able to let me in. So kudos to them for resolving the matter quickly, but then, I called the next day and left a message about using their truck to move the rest of my things and asked them to call me ASAP. Monday came and went and never heard from anyone! All this leaves me hanging somewhere in the middle which is why I did 3 stars. Otherwise, it's a nice facility!

Got a unit same day I was looking and with the 1st month free, it actually was the cheapest around. Staff is friendly, facility is super clean and well maintained. Unique access codes makes it safe and easy to get in and out. Used the free moving van and saved money over getting a u-haul.

I reserved online -- quick and easy - the location is new, spotless, has a loading dock is and convenient to South Tampa. Brad took his time and showed me a couple units and did the paper work seamlessly and quick so my crew could get started unloading. There was no problem honoring the online special although I changed my unit from what I had initially requested. Great experience.

I recently started renting space at the Gandy location... And was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the entire building is The lobby looks like it was done by a top design firm. The staff particularly Cindy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was eager to make my experience a great one. I am storing some very valuable items, and feel I have made the perfect choice. Highly recommend this facility

Great storage facility with Drive in bay doors carts for loading and unloading. Convenient hours. Prices are reasonable and property is clean. Only complaint are the Interior lights as it's a pain to be in back of unit and have light keep going off. Triple security for protection have to use 8 digit code twice before it can use elevators to every square inch has video surveillance. Convenient hours and friendly employees. They don't try and sell you more space than you need. And payment date is 30 days from date you rent it. As late as you have renters Insurance they don't demand it buy thiers. Climate control and secure units which have fire sprinklers over every unit. Feel safe regardless of what time I am there.

Nice storage facility clean decent prices, love the drive in feature to unload or get out of the weather. Very safe has video surveillance everywhere and you have to have a code to access the units. Staff is super helpful and showed me several different size units.

Tom provided excellent customer service! This facility is brand new, clean, organized and efficient. The bay entry is expansive and allows for loading and unloading out of the Tampa rain! Security systems are high level and provide a sense of peace knowing my valuables are stored here. Cost/value is comparable to other storage BUT this place in the prime location of South Tampa.
