I reserved a 10x10 unit and the next day was contacted by Archie, ( I believe that is the name) he welcomed me to cube smart and set up a time for me to come in and check in and look at the unit . The facility itself is rather clean and seems well taken care of. They have/had a promotion going on and it really helped out. Idk how long I’ll have my stuff in storage but I will definitely leave another review based on that.

I would definitely give it a zero for discrimination and harassment and the horrible experience here at this location. I was told that I was loitering while rummaging through my belongings and sorting it out and organizing it and as well planning on taking some of it with me, I’ve explained Donna it’s not considered loitering. She then proceeded to threaten me that I had 15 mins or else (she would call the police) I assisted she should, and I called non emergency and spoke with an officer, and he explained to me that it’s not considered loitering since I’m attending to my unit. I’ve tried to talk with Donna but she would not let in the office and demanded I stood by the door way and then asked me to step outside as I did and then locked the door on me and suggested that I should move out. I asked her on what grounds she did not have nothing to say she didn’t have a valid reason. I went to the police station and called non emergency again and they assisted that it’s not considered loitering and that I did have a valid point. Donna was being very selective with me concerning so called loitering as other tenants on the property attending to their unit as well… I’ve received a letter of termination which I had a couple days to move out and on no basis or anything I’ve done wrong as a tenant but attend to my unit as required. I moved out. And will proceed a process to demand for justice. I was being selected and discriminated against by Donna and she also made sure CubeSmart in proximity close to this location also not rent a unit to me… I spoke to Debbie on the other location and she did not want to rent me a unit due to the incident at this location. What I’ve experienced here was discrimination, I did nothing wrong but attend to my unit. If the color of my skin or ethnicity has anything to do with her motive, people beware and stay away from this place. I’ve had spoke with people within the community who can collaborate with the reputation of this place and the bad experiences with Donna. Do Not Come Here! It doesn’t deserve a star! And Donna is terrible human being and God doesn’t like ugly. God and justice will prevail.

Hi everyone I just needed a CubeSmart storage unit because they have climate control. I came into the place and I was greeted by Donna, she was waiting for me to get there because I had called her prior to my coming. This woman was very kind and polite and she was very knowledgeable about the facility. great customer service skills. Of course she was wearing a mask so I was unable to see her beautiful smile. But she helped make my transition from Florida to Virginia and easy one if you need a place to store your stuff without the temperature going up and down this is the place they've got some great deals so I would highly highly recommend CubeSmart here in Ocala Florida. Whether you are a snowbird or you're just live locally and you need to store stuff while you're relocating to a different home.. when you get there make sure you tell Donna , Tracey said hello.

Since my prior 5 star review, I have had some pretty disappointing experiences with Cube Smart. The people that work there are very nice and the place is very well maintained. The pricing and business practices are what I am not happy with. Tricky pricing tactics. Then when I moved units they charged me a 2nd administrative fee of $29 that my original paper work says is ONE TIME fee. There was no break in service. Then they said they would waive it and haven't as of a month later. They skipped sending me an invoice for July with the info and money recalculation to the new unit. The math does not add up, and of course there is no invoice to compare. They normally send an one every month. This company is shady as far as I am concerned. Its very unfortunate, because this place is the most conveniently located for me and is kept well but I really dont want to give them continued business.

Can't give 0 stars. Would not recommend. Their facility is full of rats and mice. A lot of our furniture is ruined, several mice were even dead in our couch and on our bookshelves. Everything is soaked in urine. We paid the monthly insurance, only to find out that rodents are not covered. The only thing that is covered is earthquakes and volcanos. Last time I checked we don't have too many of those in Florida. They had us fill out a ridiculous claim report, send all the pictures we had and five seconds after I sent it they denied our claim. Didn't even apologize or anything. Basically said tough $h*t we don't care. I have attached a few pictures. The floor of the storage unit once we moved our things out, contents of one of the boxes that was destroyed, one of the dead mice, one of the urine soaked couch cushions and a picture of the live rat that came out of one of the boxes we brought home.

Our experience with storage sense has been incredible. The office manager, nancy, is always available to help us and has been more than accommodating anytime we've needed to switch units. we have had zero complaints and zero problems in the 8 months or so that we have used this storage facility. We have no problems with bugs and there have been no issues with tampering of our locks or anything of the sort. we are treated kindly and courteously at all times and the facility is spotless.

I was referred to Storage Sense by a friend that had a unit there. My friend said the staff was very nice, the place was clean and the facility was secure. When I went there to check it out, I found my friend was right about everything. I met with the facility manager, Nancy, who was very helpful in explaining the prices of the units and then showed me a 10X10 and a 10X15. I felt I needed a 10X15. She said she had 2 left. I told her I would get back with her later that day. I went and checked out 4 other storage facilities, one in Ocala and 3 in Gainesville. None were as nice and all were more money. I returned to Nancy and told her I wanted one of the two she had. She told me there was only one left now so I took it. I helped my son unload his U-haul truck. The storage facility had nice hand carts and fairly wide hallways that made unloading easy. I am very please with my decision to store at Storage Sense. I would highly recommend this place to others.

I had a very good experience renting storage at Storage Sense on 441. Nancy couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The facility is clean, easy to access and provides any supplies you may need, such as locks for the storage unit, storage boxes and other packing supplies. I would highly recommend them.

I am writing this review with pleasure the staff operating the facility on 441 north are very helpful professionals the facility is very clean no bs allowed on property or behind locked secured camera protection everywhere bathroom available to patrons and is kept extremely clean I'd you need a variety of storage needs at a great price go see the lady's at the office

Marie is an exceptional manager. She is very efficient and has customer service that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The facilities are very well managed and clean. The units are large with plenty of space - easy to get in and out when needed.

I have been renting and dealing with North 441 storage and Ada the manager for 5 years now. They have also supported several events we have had at the property for Marion County Children's Alliance Family Violence Prevention Work group. Ada is very friendly and the facility is so supportive and accommodating. Thanks for all you do and your friendly smile when we come in!! You make a real difference. We do toy drives, coat drives, furniture drives and household for families we help get into housing, without the assistance with this unit as well to safely store these items we could not help hundreds of families a year!! Again a huge thank you for last weekends charity community event on the property!! Huge success. Big Kudos to the owners and awesome management Ada. My units are clean, well maintained property and air controlled to insure my items remain in great condition.

The best storage facility in Ocala. The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff is great to work with, always friendly and eager to help, especially Ada, the manager. I recommend North 441 Storage to everyone in and around the Ocala area. It's definitely worth the effort to check them out.
