The service and professionalism at this location was absolutely outstanding. The staff gave us all details and answered every question with a sense of empathy and caring that you would never expect in today’s world. My husband and I lost our home in NC because of Hurricane Helene, we were on an emotional/stress roller coaster… it was such a great relief to be cared for in such a human down to earth way. Our unit is perfect, our service was phenomenal, I would 1000% recommend this location for your storage needs.

Florida and it started as $25 a month and within a month it went to $51, then the next was $71! You just sent me a price increase when I have been a client since 1992!! Staff is superb but the company spiked my rent from 130 to nearly 200 with little to no notice. They won't do contracts to protect you from inflation so it's a super risky place to store your stuff if you're price sensitive. The facilities are a tad dirty too. Doesn't seem like they clean them in between moves.

I have been with the storage company since they were storage senses. When I first moved here from Bolingbrook Illinois, I had booked a unit with U-Haul. As soon as my box made it down, I was told that there was no units available, and that the system had double booked me. I searched everywhere for an available unit and storage sense was the only one that had availability, affordable pricing, and climate control. Anytime that I’m having an issue paying for my unit like my check is going to be a few days afterwards or something came up financially, Debbie and the manager at Smart Cube always work with me it take care of it. Recently, the prices of raised probably because I’ve had a unit there for two years. I told them that I’m not sure I could afford the new rates and because I’m only using half of my storage unit now they were able to find me a smaller storage unit on the same floor so that I can move everything over. The change in storage units is saving me over $100 a month. This place has excellent customer service, a gated entry that you needed an access code to get into. I don’t have to worry about anybody breaking into my unit, or gain access to the property that shouldn’t be there. This facility is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Before I even got to the door Miss Debby had already opened it for me, Which was very welcoming. Unsure exactly what size unit I needed, she walked me through the building to show me what they had to offer. She made a few suggestions on how I could keep my furniture protected. That was helpful. The other ladies in the office were very kind! The discount was a surprise to me and also a bonus! This facility is very clean and has easy access. Clean, safe, and professional! I had a great experience getting a unit. I reserved the unit online and was immediately contacted to discuss options to make sure my needs were met. Once on-site, the process took just a few minutes. The facility is extremely clean and has plenty of packaging materials, including boxes, tape, and more. The dollies are sturdy and well-balanced, which made it easy to get my items into the unit. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I’ve spoke with Debbie and she did not want to rent me a unit here, due to incident in another location and did not explain to me for what reason, only that she will not rent me unit. Debbie was rude and based her judgement on me. I can only assume Debbie and Donna have spoke and are in agreement. This is an excerpt from the review at location (CubeSmart 4411 N US Hwy 441) “I would definitely give it a zero for discrimination and harassment and the horrible experience here at this location. I was told that I was loitering while rummaging through my belongings and sorting it out and organizing it and as well planning on taking some of it with me, I’ve explained Donna it’s not considered loitering. She then proceeded to threaten me that I had 15 mins or else (she would call the police) I assisted she should, and I called non emergency and spoke with an officer, and he explained to me that it’s not considered loitering since I’m attending to my unit. I’ve tried to talk with Donna but she would not let in the office and demanded I stood by the door way and then asked me to step outside as I did and then locked the door on me and suggested that I should move out. I asked her on what grounds she did not have nothing to say she didn’t have a valid reason. I went to the police station and called non emergency again and they assisted that it’s not considered loitering and that I did have a valid point. Donna was being very selective with me concerning so called loitering as other tenants on the property attending to their unit as well… I’ve received a letter of termination which I had a couple days to move out and on no basis or anything I’ve done wrong as a tenant but attend to my unit as required. I moved out. And will proceed a process to demand for justice. I was being selected and discriminated against by Donna and she also made sure CubeSmart in proximity close to this location also not rent a unit to me… I spoke to Debbie on the other location and she did not want to rent me a unit due to the incident at this location. What I’ve experienced here was discrimination, I did nothing wrong but attend to my unit. If the color of my skin or ethnicity has anything to do with her motive, people beware and stay away from this place. I’ve had spoke with people within the community who can collaborate with the reputation of this place and the bad experiences with Donna. Do Not Come Here! It doesn’t deserve a star! And Donna is terrible human being and God doesn’t like ugly. God and justice will prevail.”

Debby is wonderful help at the Jacksonville rd branch. She went out of her way to show me multiple units and help figure what we needed. So far this will be my second unit and very professional experiences here both times. I wish the price point was about 12% cheaper, but you can know the units are well-managed, updated, clean, and the trolleys and doors always work correctly here. Outdoor , climate-control drive up units are at this one as well which are hard to find as they become more and more popular it seems.

Price increased drastically after CubeSmart bought out Storage Sense. I paid for a climate controlled unit, and after construction of new units, mine was no longer climate controlled. The entire Corridor, where my unit was located, reeked of cigarette smoke.

Great place. It's always clean and the staff is friendly especially Sean. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about with the auction units being staged. My husband and I have bought tons of auction units from cubesmart and have never had an issue. Every unit doesn't have a treasure in it like on TV but that's just the nature of the business and not the fault of the facility. They don't know what the customers are storing. Will definitely keep buying from them ??

Do not buy a storage unit from here. They go through them, stage the front and then fill the back with junk you have to pay to get rid of. Places like this have turned storage auctions into a scam. Can't speak for their actual storage business. Just want to protect other unit buyers.

When I say the place was clean to the T and the customer service from the employees was nice welcoming and friendly Norman and Pam answered every question took mi on a whole tour of the place and the units were clean climate control elevator to the second floor handicap accessible I left with a nice new nifty storage I recommend them for the price Is a little higher but I’m telling you you will get the bang for your buck.....

The gentleman Norman was Awesome! He and his coworker Pam are very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me a tour of his entire facility before choosing a unit. The entire property is clean. The units are immaculate and temperature controlled. It is secure and equipped with security cameras and keycode entrance. Norman wasn't pushy and understood that i wanted to check the competition. He answered all my questions honestly and after checking out other storage places i will be back to give my business to Norman! Storage Sense is my choice...its not the cheapest in town...but it IS by far the cleanest and friendliest. Thanks Norman!

Storage@Ocala is easily the finest storage facility I have ever had the privilege of doing business with in my life. Maintenance of the property and buildings is exemplary in every aspect from cleaning the parking area and paved access to painting the facility. I pay quarterly for over a year. I was out of town on the first and made payment for 4 months when I got back about 7 days late they charged me 15.00 and they locked me out of my storage took my payment didn't email me an invoice and locked me out of my storage on a weekend. I needed to get in on a saturday after hours and now I have to wait until monday they have not got the right to lock out a customer who has paid. Don't rent space here. I will be looking for a new storage place.
