I reserved my unit 100% online, and even was able to move in same day on a Sunday without having to wait until office hours were open. Incredibly convenient! Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a lovely welcome note and bag of goodies that included my lock and a couple gifts. Connie gave me a welcome call on the first business day after my move in to ensure everything was in good order and let me know that she was available if needed. I've been storing here for 4 months now and the premises are always impeccably clean and well secured. Thank you!

Able to manage everything from reservation to move-out online and via the app without any issues. I rented a unit for ten months, and everything went well throughout my rental time. I have got to say this is one of the cleanest storages I have ever encountered. The manager was very knowledgeable and very nice. I have to say he had me sold on a storage just because of his great customer service skills. The storages come in many sizes and I recommend reserving your storage online just so you don't run into the issue of someone reserving it while you are on your way there. I love that they will hold the storage you reserve. This gave me time to get my things ready and to go there when I had time. The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in and showed us the storage we were going to be renting. It was in a great location in a climate control room. The location offers carts for helping you upload your items and has restrooms. The office sells moving supplies which was good to know because it saved me a trip to Home Depot. In order to go in you get a specific gate code. When you leave you have to drive to the exit which is a great way of not having to turn the car around. Very welcoming and secure building. The storage times are from 6am to 10pm which is a resealable time for anyone to be able to get to their units. I like that they are closed during the night which adds to the security.

Great pricing and extremely clean. We moved from Clearwater so we transferred our storage to Cubesmart. They were $70 a month cheaper than the previous facility and we have a climate controlled space now. We did not before. They are also much cleaner. Access is easy and we had a choice of a breezeway unit or a drive-up. The staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend.

My best advice is do not choice CubeSmart unless your storage needs are very short-term. CubeSmart in-store Customer Service on SR 52 in Hudson, FL is great. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure. However, the pricing was not competitive with other local and national storage facilities in the area. CubeSmart was not only not willing to match competitor rates, my storage rent was increased $10.00 to $20.00 per month per year. I moved my stored items to a different company. Again, my best advice is do not choose CubeSmart unless your storage needs are very short-term.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I moved from Las Vegas to Florida and I found that the people who worked here were very knowledgeable. They helped me as to what size unit I needed. They placed my units on hold for me until I arrived. Then when my moving truck arrived he asked if he could back in the entrance area and Jaime opened the gate manually so wouldn't have a problem. She checked on us during the move and kept the gate open then came back after hours to close it since the driver couldn't turn around. I consider that great service. Thanks!

Had a very bad experience at another storage place but then I found CubeSmart and I am glad I did they are extremely friendly and courteous and I have never seen a storage facility kept so clean. Jamie and her crew are awesome.

Recording states they are open 11 to 3 on Sunday but they were closed when we came by. Pleasant company however their business practices should align with their marketing.

I am currently renting a 10x10 climate controlled unit. The unit is clean and in great shape. They provide at least 3 rolling carts that are placed in convenient locations.The roll up door is annoying because it won't stay all the way up so it's a pain to bring in tall pieces. Other than the door, I have zero complaints. My office experience was great, as well as the employees personality and professionalism. I was unfortunately let down by there 1st month free offer when told it only applies to certain units, but I did get half off the 1st month.So far I'm happy with my experience while renting this unit.
