Absolutely awful. First day when I sold the locker all was good I said I had my own padlock and would use that. All was good till day two go to drop off my stuff and my locker is the only one that does not have a double locking system out of 30 in that row. I went to the office let him know he said it should be there came over to the locker with me and said oh it's not so it does not come with it and corporate will not let me change it. I looked at other lockers they did not work for me due to the lip to enter the locker. Either way he had an attitude with me when I first came into the office and said that my locker did not have the dual lock system and then basically blew me off and said I'll refund your money.... Customer service needs to be worked on

I just got my unit a couple of weeks ago, so I haven’t even made the first months payment yet, but so far that was the easiest process you can imagine. Reserve and pay online, they give you your unit number and leave a little bag inside it with the lock and keys, paperwork etc etc. Everything should be that simple

I am profoundly impressed by Cube Smarts customer service! I had called several months before needing an outdoor space to park our trailer and was told they didn’t book that far ahead but would contact me when it was within my time frame. This facility is in a great, safe location and the staff is amazing . Tina the manager and Kara went above and beyond to help us out when our key broke in our lock. The office was about to close and they stayed after hours to accommodate us, Tina came in when she wasn’t even on site . . I recommend Cubesmart , specifically this location on Manatee Ave in Bradenton . It seems to be very well managed . Also , a big shout out to Jay , who provided an excellent customer when we moved in .

The Senior Manager Jay Northrop is amazing to deal with. We were in a jam and had to find a storage unit quickly. Jay, had 2 available and I immediately rented a beautiful 12 x 12(?) size but it was perfect. I then proceeded to buy all of my packing supplies and his staff was just as amazing. Sadly, today we moved out and will certainly miss my new friends. The truck deal they have is excellent. I can’t see renting any other place. Go see Jay!

Needed to move to 2 smaller units, told discount for 6 mths and money from current unit would transfer to new units, next day told no discount and money not applied unless we get larger unit, we already had a 10x15. Long term they don't care about their customers. Highest price in area. Huge potholes so wide you can't drive around them, leaking ceilings (said there was never a leak yet the tiles are yellow and sagging), hard to reach via phone. When we rented two years ago signed up for 25% discount for 6 months, only got discount for two months and they raised the price. Got flat due to stuff in drives, glass often in drives. Only good thing was light in unit and how close it was to the door.

Not the cheapest. Keys break real easy inside the lock and it's $20 to replace each time. I've did it 3 times already. Kind of hard to pull in and out because of traffic and a huge pothole at the key fob area.

It is clean. Staff is nice, but corporate stinks. They are taking advantage of the covid situation. We got rid of much of our stuff, only to find corporate has jacked up prices so the smaller unit is more than current large unit. 10x15 would be over $300 per month. Corp Covid grab for money. We will never use Cube Smart again. Moving out next month. Much better deals by movung just a few miles inland. It pays to shop.

Love the customer service and location of the 10x20 cube I rented this week. I received a wonderful tour of the facility, and the agent, Melyssa took plenty of time with me answering my questions and concerns. I’ll never forget how patient and resourceful, and helpful she was as my car had a mechanical breakdown on the property, that day. She took charge and got my car back on its wheels, and I’m forever grateful for her assistance that day. It wasn’t HER problem, but she took it on like it was. She’s wonderful! Looking for a great place for a storage unit? This is NOT the place. At first we really liked the staff because they were nice. BUT. One day we went into our storage unit to find RAT droppings everywhere on our things. There was a huge hole where the rats ate through and got into our unit. When we tried to tell management about our unit, the manager was supposedly never in the building and was always off. After many attempts we finally get to talk to the manager and all he did was take photos. That’s it. Never got an update or anything. All our furniture was ruined. We also had infant items in there that we were saving and no longer can have for our baby. We finally get some mail from cubesmart thinking, oh maybe this is about the rat droppings. Nope. It’s just them raising the price on our unit. So unless you like rat feces all over your personal items, I would not recommend going here.

Nice place units clean and well kept- my concern -I rented a unit and needed a 2nd unit and cassidy wright the manager said she would waive the $25 administration fee because I was already a customer and had just rented a unit a few days earlier. Went back 2 days later to rent the unit and rob moore gm said he would not waive the $25 fee-company policy. (dont get me wrong rob is a very nice guy and he originally set me up with the first unit. All i have to say i'm disapointed-. in my business real estate when we tell or quote someone a price-we honor it- especially when it comes from the manager.

The staff at CubeSmart Bradenton are pleasant, competent, and customer-focused. Rob, Cassidy, and Erin are great ambassadors for the company. The facility is conveniently located, easily accessed, and clean. The use of the truck for a day is a real plus, but don't expect to leave with it the moment the office opens, as there is the obligatory paperwork and, as happened with me, another customer was there before me and their transaction took some time, so I left about an hour after I intended to, so plan accordingly if you are having someone help you load it at your home. I am very pleased with this CubeSmart location and the staff.

Choosing CubeSmart was a no-brainer. It was the closest location at the cheapest price with the highest reviews. The reservation process was lengthy and involved but pleasant and straightforward. The storage unit works perfect for us. The site is secure. Billing is easy to understand and efficient.

I canceled my Contract May 3rd after 2 years After paying a moving company to move everything out of my storage unit, I had to pay for the entire month because Cube Smart had already taken the charge out of my account for the month of May. The local staff was great but there was nothing they could do about the corporate office's decision. So Cube Smart can double dip on my back!!

We needed a spot for our soon to be purchased RV. We went in and were told that one would be opening soon. Left our name and number. We were called within the hour that a spot was available. I had the most professional and satisfying experience today at Cubesmart on Manatee Ave. Rob was so proficient at setting the truck up for me to use and helped with my second monthly rental. I did not even look for pricing anywhere else because of the additional service of the truck that is offered to move in. The attention to detail and offering the truck really sets you a part! The whole process from searching, reserving, working thru delays due to hurricane Irma blowing thru and finally getting my things moved in was a breeze. I like to review things on tripadvisor and google and amazon. I also never hold back anything and I tell it like I see it like it or not. In this case I'm very pleased to report that this location of Cubesmart has the friendliest, most helpful, most accommodating people I've met in a while. They just don't get better than this! And the storage units are immaculate! The grounds are well kept and inviting! It's a good thing they have a "no live in" policy or they just might not get rid of me! Seriously, they claim to have the same prices and the same storage but with more services. I claim that they go beyond that! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage units! Going to a storage unit may not seem like a fun thing to do. But everyone that works there will brighten your day! I guess I should mention the security is good too! The location is easy! Let's face it... I have enjoyed my whole experience there!

If you are looking for storage better find out about late fees and the way this people work to collect their storage fee's because if you fall behind on one month payment they will start calling you ,bothering you sending emails and thread in you whit auctions of your properties and very high late fees and charges . No matter the situation you have or what previous payment agreement you make .. you will ending paying Doble of what you can pay on any other place.

We stored irreplaceable family photos and memorabilia and it was perfectly fine.......above review was 3 years ago....we are back in need of storage again and it was nice to see it still is as great as we remember. They will up your "special rate" the MOMENT your stuff is in there. Well sixty days later. I pay them a month ahead as NOT to hear from them but I still get constant invoices and "reminders" and they say they cannot help that. Today they called my EMERGENCY contacts because although I'm current my future check is not enough ! My SMALL unit has gone from $103 to $145 in two years max. Don't use any storage near beaches use a company out east or in palmetto not in a flood zone and it should be far less monthly - as well as nicer and far more competitive

A marvelous facility with absolutely great people!! From our early conversations with Robin to our check with Robin and Rob, everything went as smooth as silk. They went out of their way to help us in everyway possible to make our move to Florida seamless and enjoyable. The facility itself is safe, spotless and well maintained. We are using an indoor climate controlled unit and whenever we visit, the aisles are clean all the lights come on automatically, music is playing, all of which make it a very enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility in this area.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience with Erin, Robin, and Edgar. They were all amazing from the very beginning and it was clear that they had their customers in mind and weren’t just worried about the bottom line. We had an extremely big shipment and they had to make some last minute changes when things didn’t go as planned - and they were great throughout the whole thing. Edgar was quick to jump on the golf cart and help us run things back and forth to the office and take us to our storage unit. Erin and Robin in the office helped us stay hydrated and even gave us oranges when we needed some sustenance as we were getting everything unloaded. Nothing seemed like a burden to them and they were happy to help with our needs - they went overly above and beyond which is something that is very rare to find in most businesses nowadays!! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family and would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like they are in good hands and taken care of. Thank you so much for all you did to make our storage transition easy and enjoyable!

I had to empty a storage unit that I'd kept from 1500 miles away. The manager looked up a local agency that would come pick up what I couldn't ship back to myself. When I got there I , of course, found I had so much more stuff than I remembered. Erin and Edgar provided an area near my unit where I could sort thru my things after closing my unit. Lovely facility and so unlike the dungeons that are storage places up here in Mass. Thank you Erin and Edgar.

I have lost many things to them chewing things up and shitting all over my stuff and here recently they're peeing on things which destroys things because it's so high scented. Now they're raising the rent even though I came in on a special that's the only reason I joined there. Now I'm moving my stuff out which is a huge ordeal and a hassle but I'm over the place

If you want Great customer service this is the place to be at for your storage needs. Both Robin and Chuck really know the value of their customers! Update 8/5/15 - Still AWESOME service! Went down to drop off my Seadoo and Robin always remembers me! It rained the whole week but I knew my Doo was safe! Highly recommend.
