Nathan, you should be ashamed of yourself. Do not trust this CubeSmart location. I had to file a police report today with the Aventura police after noticing brand new Nikes from my storage unit went missing while I was out of town for weeks. My unit is very organized and all of my inventory is accounted for. The sneakers were inside my unit, right in the front, but I did not think they would actually get stolen by the staff. DO NOT TRUST this location at all. This is disgusting. They will not be getting away with theft.

Climate control clean and with background music. Do not need to look any further if looking for Self- Storage. Also excellent location and hours. Nathan made the difference in choosing CubeSmart Self Storage at 19500 W. Dixie hwy location. When I called to inquire about the storage units, Nathan was friendly, polite , professional and knowledgeable. I had called several Storage facilities before and could feel the difference. I immediately made my reservation. I complimented Nathan when I went to sign the contract.. Excellent customer service. The facilities are great! With AC, clean and secure. Access code to get into the facility and elevator. And also the time schedule to have access to your unit until 10:00 pm. Highly recommend it.

BEWARE. My unit was robbed August 2021 overnight alongside a ton of others. The burglars were never caught. Cubesmart’s camera equipment is outdated and does NOT work. They offer 3rd party insurance with terrible coverage. It did not cover my total loss. The management also clipped my lock and made me buy a new one which is an insult to me.Customer service is mediocre. I had to find out my unit was broken into on my own on a routine visit. I spoke to the manager and he LIED saying a mass email of the incident went out, when it didn’t. Also they don’t even have a functional bathroom for their customers. The same out of order sign has been there for months. Find storage elsewhere!

This is my second time renting a storage room with CubeSmart and again the experience was five star. I don't think I'll ever rent from another storage Company anymore this will be my go-to company. Moving can be difficult the last thing you need is anyone to make things more difficult. First Class service in matters of Public Storage Facility assistance. I was blown away by the cleanliness of this facility and the level of service from the staff. Regina was a god! Nice clean facility. I also like that the parking is covered underneath, plus the elevators are very close and easy to access from the car. I've looked around town for a storage facility and I always find myself coming back to this location. The price was definitely better than the competitors for the same size unit I was seeking. The location is not only convenient for me but the best thing is customer service. The staff here is always willing to work with me; specially when I need to get a larger unit or move to a smaller size. The experience is painless.

I've used CubeSmart since relocating to Aventura from South America in April 2014. The facility is located very close to where I reside and that is a Major Plus. It is very clean, well organized and the Staff is Courteous, Knowledgeable and provide Excellent Customer Service. I always enjoy our interaction when I am dropping off or picking up. We went to 2 Public Storage facilities in same area but employees were just rude - place appeared deshuffled, unsafe, uneasy - disorganized, messy. Chaotic if you will. I saw CubeSmart while waiting for a car wash and gave them a call - they were so friendly and genuine - we drove over - told them what we needed - the place was a breath of fresh air - super organized, clean, secure, Yamili ? was over and above helpful - patient, right off the bat we were comfortable with the facility, her, the unit - though we only need the unit for a short time - I would use again if need be and I will certainly refer this facility to anyone in the market for storage. It was a total pleasure on all levels!

The staff has always been very nice and helpful with me. Today i needed to throw some things away and they saved me a trip to a public dumpster by allowing me to use theirs. Place is always clean and seems secure. I've been 6 months with them and haven't had a problem.

My experience at this location was all that and more. I am so happy to have run across this storage site as I was driving by. Here is a company that knows the meaning of true customer service. I had the pleasure of encountering a wonderful and pleasant person like Yamile. She is the property manager at CubeSmart and she is very professional. I would recommend this site and CubeSmart the company to anyone who asked just on the very pleasant experience I've had there. I want to thank Yamile for all of her help in making my finding a storage space as pleasant and hassle free as possible. This is my new go to place when I need to store my things. Standard as far as the rental process goes, But one thing that really tarnished the whole experience for me, which happens to be a pet peeve of mine. Don't offer something like a great deal if that something is not going to be readily available, for example they're moving truck. If it's something that's very rarely available say so on the rental day so the customer can make plans accordingly, don't get somebody's hopes up and then tell them. "sorry the truck won't be available until a week or two from now. Tell the customer in advance for example when you're saying, "you can get the truck for $10 for the first day for new renters, oh but the truck won't be available for this amount of time and isn't available very often". Then at least I could plan ahead or I would know not to even bother with this so-called great deal. So now at least for the people who read my review, will be informed on there so called truck rental deal.

What do I love about this place? One Thing: HENRY LOPEZ IS AMAZING! I've never had anything but aggravation when renting storage space. Henry helped us, answered our questions and was patient beyond belief??. We felt like we were being waited on at The Ritz Carlton Club. Moving from the west coast was quite stressful and storage was a necessity. The CubeSmart folks in Aventura were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Notwithstanding the size of the moving van and time necessary to unload/load, the facility easily met our needs. Thank you for making one aspect of our move relatively painless...
