In what's been a difficult time in my life and having to move my life into storage i wanna shoutout Jonathan for being kind and helpful, he answered all my questions and was transparent on all prices, discounts and fees and how it all works and what to expect. He helped me pick out the size unit I need, showed me the unit and the facility so I got the lay of the land and made it make sense in my mind. Editing my review. Two main reasons: I saw a live pest inside the storage center. At first I didn't think much of it, then when I got home and unloaded my mattress, there was a dead roach inside my mattress bag! I guess I should've know when my unit wasn't that clean when I moved in... Secondly, I got stuck inside an elevator for over 30 minutes. I noticed the expired certification so that's probably the culprit . Management seemed hesitant to call for help (I was told to press the button as if I hadn't tried that several times), and weren't super concerned about my well-being. Offered no remedy for the inconvenience. The whole thing was pretty annoying. Luckily I was moving out, but sheesh... It appeared to be a nice, clean place, but sadly this wasn't my experience. I'm hoping they improve these matters because it is set up with enough potential to be way better.

We rented a storage unit elsewhere, sight unseen. I was not comfortable with the facility. I stopped at Cube Smart and spoke with Jonathan, the Manager. He graciously walked me through his facility and showed me the type of unit I was interested in. I felt much more comfortable, so needless to say I'm switching to CubeSmart.

Everything was perfect! Setup process and closing the unit was super quick. They made it super easy to navigate the entire process from start to finish. Units are clean, air conditioned, and spacious (we had more room than I thought) Very affordable for what we were looking for and we even received a welcome bag inside our unit with everything we would ever need for it! We just started renting and toured facility with management and they were very helpful and very informative. Facilities are clean unit is clean as well. I like the layout and climate control could be a bit colder, it seemed like it was around 80ish but it's Def better than the 120 plus degrees it would have been outside. Thank you.

I reserved a unit online and came in on 04/27 and the employee working that day helped me out very quickly and professionally. My unit didn’t have the welcome kit/lock as the email stated, but the employee fixed that no problem. The facility itself is clean. My only gripe is that I wish storage facilities would have more cameras at each corner just in case something happens. Some do, some don’t.

This location is fairly new. It has a clean and well-kept facility. The rep was nice and helpful. The process is quick and smooth. They are fully capable of helping you find the correct storage size for your needs. Swing by if an air conditioned storage is what you need, you wont regret it.

I know self storage is not supposed to be pretty but this CubeSmart facility is absolutely awesome! Great value! Clean. Cool. Well lit. Secure. Brand new. Beautifully landscaped. And the huge, drive-through-the-building with convenient off-loading right at the elevator bank is amazing. You never have to worry about a rain storm. Then there is the staff. Always friendly and helpful. You can tell they care and that’s hard to find these days. Brittany is outstanding! She was helpful and thoroughly answered our questions.
