I got kicked out on my first day after being there for 2 to 3 minutes over an issue this should have not been really that big of a deal but they made it a big deal and even called the cops on me when I didn't want to leave but why would I want to leave when I just got there and I had not had a chance to put my stuff inside of the unit? The general manager guy is a real piece of work he was extremely judgmental towards me and accused me of being homeless or vagrant when I am not. I cannot describe how badly I was treated it was probably the worst experience doing business with anybody in my life. they also said that if I did not go back to get my stuff immediately that they would throw it away but turns out I actually have 24 hours. It was just a really overall bad experience and all I wanted to do was go put a few things inside my storage unit also the storage unit was very very dirty a lot of spider webs and dust bunnies flying outside as soon as I opened the door. I was really surprised by that.

It was so easy to get the storage unit, all over the phone. Then it’s behind a locked gate that needs a code to get by for safety. There was always someone onsite in the office if you needed something. It was also very easy to cancel once we moved out. All in All they make it very simple and secure to rent a storage unit. I recommend them for all your storage needs.

Edit 8/18/24: Doesn't want to keep customers long term. Raised my rent 2-3 time in a little over a year getting to double (yes double) of what I originally started with. Was able to go literally next door, a cleaner, better kept facility, and get the same size unit for less the half of what they raised my rent to.

When I first called it was through the call center. I was told there were no storages available and the nearest one was Ripon. I said thats too far from me. The next day I received a call from Raymond to confirm I was on the waiting list. He also mentioned of a person coming in to move out of the storage. I also asked to be put on the list for thst storage size. Raymond was very helpful. I was able to rent my storage in a time of need. I appreciate his time and patience in assisting me.

The place looks a little dated but its cheap and the lady who runs the place is really nice. Edit 10/20/2023: this place has become ridiculously expensive and it will not protect your belongings from dirt. Almost everything we had in there was ruined, a dead rodent made anything left smell disgusting. It's cheaper to throw everything away and buy new stuff.

The place seems a little run down and in need of some renovations. Prices are better then most of their competitor's. The new property manager Jennifer has made a huge change for the better in cleaning up the property and improving the security. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to a friend or family member.

My mom trusted her stuff was safe inside this storage while she lived out of state. When she came to go through her things more than half her storage was STOLEN!!! Most importantly the things she had stored of her brothers that passed away. Do not trust your belongings at this storage!

Best rates and amazing customer service!! Easy freeway access too! Update: My move was nothing short of a nightmare and Visalia Mini Storage was the silver lining of the whole debacle. If I'm being completely honest Jennifer, the onsite manager, was the real hero. She helped us from beginning to end volunteering to help us rearrange the mess our movers made and helping us with the clean up after we moved out of our units. I don't know how much sanity I would have left if it were not for her...So thank you Jen from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, you are an amazing human being!
