Nightmare. Do not rent here. No matter what they try to tell you, this store is unstaffed. Customer service is beyond awful. Within four months of moving my stuff in: they raised my rate, the place went unstaffed and they lied to me about it, and then my unit was broken into. Find another company; these folks don't care about you as a customer. Even if it looks like a good rate online, you won't keep it long.

I honestly can now say I hate cubesmart. Raised my rates from $130 to $205. I don't care what anybody says. Raising rates that high to provide "top notch service" when the service is far from top notch. Nobodies ever at this location to take payments or answer any questions. So, you have to drive to the next location. It's my first time getting a storage unit and this particular business makes me wanna just leave all my belongings and take the L smh

Starting my lease was easy and smooth. Ending my lease has been the worst customer service experience. I have been calling during store hours for the past 2 weeks to try to end my lease. I also emailed and got no response. I forgot I still had autopay on and was charged for the month. Called customer service where they asked me if my lock was still on my unit and I asked them how I was supposed to know to take my lock off if I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. Best they could do was message the store for me

Reserved unit online spoke to cubesmart rep regarding move in fate and approximate time. She stated office closed for lunch from 1230 to 1pm for lunch . Arrived before lunch office closed waited till after 1pm office closed . Tried calling no answer. Gave up not worth the headache or price.

Wow, I went with this place because they had this crazy 6 month deal. Somehow, maybe the heat, I managed to leave without fully securing my unit. They quickly got ahold of me and reviewed the footage. Assured me no one entered. They also put a brand new lock on and mailed me the key. I only went with this place because they were cheap. Awesome experience.

They raise my prices 6mnths (every) was robbed they didn't care as the stayed no video Becus I believe it was an employee as they we're all fired. My space should have been free but NO 89$ for a 5×10 $2000.00 insurance placed zero there to call when something smaller is available.. Had a horrible experience with a lady running the desk disappearing for hours and being extremely rude and pushy. However after I complained to the company they apologized helped me get the unit I wanted and had the manager finish up with me. The experience was rocky at first but ended with me extremely satisfied with my service. This just go to show CubeSmart will work with you and they reply almost instantly when you contact them.

Stored my 27 Footer RV back in 2011 and it was broken into and trashed. Not just mine but many others in the facility as well. Lots of things were stolen (stereo, guitar, camera lens, documents). Management did nothing. Leave your RV somewhere else if you care about it.
