I had a very bad experience with this Storage. I buy storage units for a living. Carlos called me about to inform me that I had won a unit. At the time I was driving and he asked me if I was confused and if it was really me who purchased the unit. That he would cancel it ,mind you he gave me no information about it. I ended up calling him back when I got was able to stop and park and talk on the phone. He continued to act disgusting being very rude snapping at me and told me he was canceling my auction and that he was with a customer. I told him I would have to call corperate he told me Do it! Do it! and hung up the phone. When I called the company, it was very hard to get in contact with anybody. I ended up talking to a representative and they told me a district manager would call me back within 48 hours. He continued to report me on the auction sight and get my account banned. Yet there are no consequences for his actions . Its simple I told him Carlos all you had to do was tell me the company and adress but I guess that really pissed him off. Never buying here again. He also banned me from the storage cubesmart lancaster but I have a lot of good standing business relationships with other storages. Avoid this place. I never insulted this man!? Im confused maybe he hates his job.

Check near by storage units before renting here. I was paying $182 for a small unit. I went to storage unit a block away and got a bigger unit then the one I already had a 4 by 13 for $88. Numbers don’t lie.

Ms. Maria was beautiful she helped me makes wise decision with what I wanted to do. She called me after I reserve the storage unit online. When I had arrived, she immediately explain what CubeSmart had to offer. Especially the rental of the truck. Which save me time and money. She showed me my unit and also help me arrange how my setup might look like after I had told her what I was storing. Some people just write it up and throw you the lock. Very courteous. The storage unit I was given is next to the light for aisle. I was very happy about that because I was moving in at night. The young lady that helped me was so pleasant. It was a great experience. I used the Lancaster .ca. Office on 10th division. I'm very sorry I don't remember her name., but nevertheless excellent service.

We called many different facilities and chose CubeSmart because of the good price and the friendly, helpful, and professional customer service provided by Carlos and Maria. They provided us with an overnight parking spot for an 18X16 foot POD, provided an onsite truck to move the contents to the rented cubical, and Maria provided us with cold drinking water to help us get through the 3 hour move on a hot afternoon. She also gave us a 1/2 hour grace period past the office closing time. We are so thankful for their kindness and support.

LOVE this place! The units are clean and in great condition. The locks are heavy duty but easy to use. We started off with one unit then added a second, the paperwork and entire process went really quick (with both units). Socorro is the coolest woman, any questions you have; she knows the answer.
