I give a five star for Storage West they were great professional people had no problems with my unit! Now I give 0 star for Cube smart. My unit got broken into seems to be an inside job my lock was not broken & as long as you don’t have receipts or any serial numbers, it’s a lost cause! So the rental insurance is useless!

I rented a storage unit for my daughter. The on-line promo rate was very good but once the promo period was over the rate was very expensive. The storage unit was priced fair for being an outside unit until the rate went up so much.

I want to give zero starts but it won’t let me post unless I put at least one. I was paying $538 a month for a non-climate controlled 10x15 unit. I found out, the guy next to me was paying $328 for the same size. On top of it, I got a notice for a rent increase to $640 a month!! They are crooks! Beware!!

Management is very nice, very beautiful and is always on top of every consern i have. I love that she leaves candy out for us to enjoy it's like if it's Halloween every day. The property is very clean you don't see trash let alone tumbleweeds anywhere. I would love it even more if the gate would open at 6:30 A.M instead of 7 in the morning but who my to ask for for something silly like that. Love this storage facility wouldn't change it to anywhere else even if they offer me same space for less....

My unit along with several other units were broken into. When I got the unit, the company was Storage West and I was informed that each unit was alarmed. This turned out to be a lie, not Cube Smarts fault. My claim was denied because the door was jimmied open and there were no marks on the outer door

I would love to give a 5 star just to the young lady that helped me as much as she could it is so unfortunate of this new company that took over how they been managing the store I see no good customer service from this cube smart. UPDATE: Cube Smart bought out Storage West around May or June 2022. The unit is still kept clean and secure. I removed 3 stars for their underhanded pricing. I was Never told the ONLINE PRICE was only GOOD FOR 4 MONTHS. It was not in the contract either. During the phone call, I was told the price would be higher if I went into the office. In addition to the online price, they were offering a Grand Opening price. (I cannot remember the actual title to this special price.) Either I could have 4 months of half price of the online price, or 25% off for as long as I rented the unit. I rented a 10x15. With the 25 % discount the price was $197. After 4 months it went up to $355. There are few Storage Units that stay the same price. But usually only go up in price 10 or 20 dollars, not $158! I appreciated that there is a public restroom. It feels secure and safe. This 5 star review was for Storage West I like how clean it was. I had difficulty entering my number at the drive in gate. I wish the person who sold me the unit had me open it a couple times. I did not remember about stepping on the cleat to open the roll up door. So the next two times I went there I couldn't open it. I thought I was just not strong enough.

Very nice and well maintained storage facility. Some of the buildings are air conditioned. My storage unit occupies space in one of their airconditioned buildings. The main office has access to boxes, tape, etc that you can purchase.

The manager is amazing. He's nice and very helpful. The units are very clean and not creepy like other storage places I've been to. We are always able to find a cart to help carry our stuff. The units are a lot bigger than they look too. We were pretty sure all of our stuff would fit and were pleasantly surprised when we still had some room left over. They have very high ceilings so you can really take advantage of the vertical storage space.

The store manager (Shawn Higgs) is customer focused, patient, professional & answered all questions regarding unit rental.
