From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. A recent move from out of state to the area meant we needed to rent some storage, so we went to CubeSmart in Rogers. Brandellyn, the site manager, greeted us with a smile and put us right at ease. She knows the site and its units along with the rental process like the back of her hand. She explains things simply and you just know you are working with an honest, capable and caring person. She made sure we got into the right units to meet our needs and provided helpful guidance for the movers to deliver our stuff for storage at CubeSmart. Corporate Cubesmart should know that Brandellyn is a real asset and excellent representative of the company. My experience with her made it clear that Brandellyn goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly and whatever her salary is, it is not enough!

Raised prices almost $20 in a year. $14 right after the tornado hit Rogers. Price gouging a bit if you ask me. Especially for the smallest size unit.

Two rate hikes in less than a year. If you read this review, you can do better. Staff is always great, but corporate greed makes this a place you want to shy away from. 9/4/2024: They upped my rates again despite not having done anything to improve their service offerings.

They were very courteous and helpful over the phone then I got there and I was greeted by a lady she was very much to the point which I am thankful for and she worked quickly to get me into a storage unit it was when we were having the hundred plus temperatures she worked diligently and it only took about 10 minutes because the later of the day got the hotter it got thank you very much

I've never experienced a storage facility that was a 100% gravel, with the customer parking next to the office grass. I guess moving from Chicago to Northwest Arkansas ???. The property manager was extremely nice she gets 5 ? 's. The facility itself in my opinion a 2!

Paid thier fees the first month for insurance (didnt have our information) as we didnt know. Took oir info in foe the next month to save that additional 14 dollars and was told being it was already done with thiers it could not be changed. And mandatory to pay for thier insurance.
