This location is a joke. My stuff was covered in thick black dirt and dust. There were buyers and webs and leafs everywhere. Ther eis never a manager on site to speak with. I have personally witnessed the gate rammed into and broken. And insurance? What a joke. Nobody cares at all about the damage to your belongings or you as a customer. It makes me want to move my stuff out of my other cubesmart storage in CA. That's how bad this was. I wish I could give zero stars

Well like a insurance company read fine print as usual they give one price wait 3 months and stick in a break it off after you get in a Grove and all your stuff is stuck in the unit nit very happy with the way they do business makes more sense to have more units full than stick it to the customer and wonder why you make less money over all and people leave !!!! Thumbs down over here typical corporate deal some dough behind a desk disconnected from real people and what's going on hey maybe listen to your managers !

Just watch out. When I rented the unit all seemed fine. Then they closed the office there, so now nobody takes care of the place, you have to drive a couple of miles north to address issues. And issues there are, like the gate not working. And the rent doubled in two years. Did I mention the manager is extremely rude?

Place is full of clows. Make sure you measure before you rent. They say I have an 5x8x8 when I have a 4.2x7.2x9 this is false advertising. Company has a sign saying go to a different location cause they can't staff people to work here. But expect us to go out of our way to get help. Customer service is as bad as a wet piece of toilet paper. And that's pretty useless. Fraudulent unsafe facility.

I was going to be gone for 4 months I specifically went into the office to set up auto pay I told the lady behind the desk and she asked for my I.D. and debit card while I was there I also made a payment 4 months went by I come back to find out my auto pay wasn't set up and my unit was sold i didnt have access to my email or anything to see that my auto pay wasnt set up i just trusted it was i lost everything sentimental to me all my childrens pictures, baby shoes, drawings from when they were in grade school things ive hauled around for over 26 yrs I trusted were safe here now going back and forth with a lady working there she wasnt able to find anything that may have been left i accepted that and hung up but my hearts broken I called her back and asked if there was anything that could be done to contact the buyers she said not to be mean but usually the buyers will throw stuff away they dont want and she couldnt give me their information I asked if she could contact them, I asked could I file a complaint because I specifically went in that day to set up auto pay she said she would talk to the employees and to the lady I dealt with that day, it doesnt give me much hope that they are going to go over and beyond to help me try and at least see if maybe the buyers may still have my bins with pictures and sentimental belongings I understand human error, lack if communications I dont even know who is at fault me for not making sure it was done getting documentation or them for not setting it up at all, when I went in just for that specific reason id hope they would do all they could to help me get my things but it didnt sound hopeful, always get documentation dont trust because they said they did what you asked they did, I feel like they could do more make some phone calls, contact the buyer, something to resolve this I'd even buy my things back I'm devastated as my children are all our memories gone because I trusted this lady set up my auto pay

really convenient having just down the street from my motel, but right off a busy street country club and NOOO parking, I pulled a 12 ft trailer and needed a 10 x 10, their "special rate" turned out to be 2 - 5 x 10 units, no driveup, narrow spaces between units so difficult to drive, the ladies at the front were super helpful giving me options for my storage needs and sign up was quick

The folks here were great! We had a fairly unique situation, helping a friend move and only being in town for a limited amount of time. It was easy to get everything together. They helped us get a unit of the right size for us. There were a few paperwork problems that got worked out quickly (within 10-15 minutes), but even with that delay, they were extremely helpful, polite, and apologetic. The truck nearly free with a new move-in. It even had an appliance dolly with it. It saved a ton of money and time compared to renting through U-Haul or some other truck rental. Even without the promotion, the rental would have been cheap. I've never used a storage unit before and I can't imagine a better experience.

Just moved in and Juan Salcido went above and beyond to make sure our move went smooth. He was willing to come in to work early to make sure the entrance gate would stay open so the movers could drive there big semi in. Thanks again Juan!!

Courtney and Juan was very friendly and helpful. Last month I moved from Cleveland, Ohio and was struggling trying to find a good storage space that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. They helped me with storage options and also mentioning that I can used the moving truck for a fee and free mileage as long as I don't go over the free mileage limit. This helped easy the pain of me transitioning into The East Valley and I'm very thankful for their service. Without them I don't know how I would gotten settled without the worry of moving my stuff from a pod that was shipped from Cleveland and not to mention I had a time limit on getting my stuff from the pod as well. This Cube Smart in Mesa Rocks!!!! Thanks Courtney and Juan for your help in making my transition here smooth. ????????????????????.

Juan was friendly and helpful in leasing us our unit. Courtney was helpful in getting me set up to borrow their courtesy truck (like a little U-Haul truck. Free to use, $10 admin fee per 4 hour use period and you replace the gas you used) to move our stuff into the unit. Competitive prices compared to same size storage units in the area.

Just rented a 5x10 unit at CubeSmart located at 3026 S. Country Club Dr. in Mesa. The facility is clean and well maintained, the monthly fee is reasonable, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented. I recommend this self storage facility.

Huge, huge thank you to Chris! He went above and beyond what any storage unit, or customer service agent has ever gone! I was called within minutes of me reserving my unit, and was greeted with an open door when I arrived. Not only did he provide me excellent service pertaining to the storage unit, but familiarized me with the new city and assisted me in finding a place to live. Once I was signed up, he directed me to the unit and cleaned it out in front of me to make sure my area was as clean as possible. Chris is a very wonder, kind,helpful person and employee. After I leave my unit, if I ever need one again I will be back with cube smart because of Chris!
