Since initiating the program in 2010, more than 350,000 trees have been planted in reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation projects located across the United States.
As a result of our Plant a Tree program, over 1,125 acres of habitat have been restored that will absorb over 137,000 metric tons of carbon over the lifetime of the trees

How do I plant a tree?
To help plant a tree, check the “Plant A Tree” box when booking your reservation. After any applicable free rent promotions have been exhausted and you have rented your storage unit for at least one fully paid month, CubeSmart will plant a native tree in partnership with the Arbor Day FoundationTM. Since 2010, we’ve worked with various organizations to plant trees used for reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation to help heal the planet.

The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.
