JACKIE GRINDELL educated me today on the differences between the climate controlled storage units, helped me to decide which was best for my circumstance, educated me on the move out package, and she showed a genuine care for my family. I am so impressed that I will be telling all of my family and friends about this woman. She actually made me feel like I was family. It felt as if I had known her for years! “Needed to store a few college apartment furnishings. The staff was quick, friendly, and always responsive. The climate controlled units were perfect and not musty. The units are clean! Never has a problem parking, loading/unloading. Did I mention the units were CLEAN!!!!! I’ve rented other locations that smelt like previous renters or neighboring units…I was so happy the items we stored don’t smell musty, or like a locker room!!! Will definitely rent here again!!!”
